Description of Work: They were very professional and let us know about several small problems as they checked the gutters and cleaned. A bird nest was anchored in the downspout, which we could not remedy, but they were able to remove. Now we will not need to worry about water overflowing the gutters and causing foundation damage.

Description of Work: After scheduling a home cleaning over a month in advance, when I knew I had company coming and it was a special occasion, I was called the day before to cancel pushing my appointment off into the next week. I was frustrated but tried to remain understanding as I know things do come up. I rescheduled my appointment to the time the woman calling suggested and was then call less than an hour before my appointment to cancel yet again. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be rescheduling.

We would like to say that all of our customers are very important to us. Unfortunately our housekeeper Jill had a family emergency. Her mother was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon which resulted in Jill not being able to complete the day. I sincerely apologize for this inconvienance but due to the nature of the situtation rescheduling the appointment could not be avoided.

Description of Work: Jill did a great job. I would highly reccommend her for your house cleaning. Only reason I issued a B in responsiveness was that they were supposed to call me in a few days after I purchased the Big Deal and they called 2 days after that dead line. Not a big deal. I certainly reccommend using them and ask for Jill!

It went very well!
Description of Work: They had done some work for a friend and came with strong recomendations. They quickly came and gave an estimate. Cleaned the windows inside and out. Left everything as they found it. Cleaned the gutters. Our gutters and down spouts were clogged with leaves and debris. We have a 2 story home. The crew showed up on time and first cleaned out all of the gutters by hand putting the leaves into buckets. They then installed a gutter cover system. The house has curved gutters and may levels. It was a very complicated installation and they did an outstanding job. Nothing had to be said about cleaning up after themselves. They got every scrap. I was pleased with the work and would hire again in the future.

Description of Work: We had a piece of aluminum siding blow off during the recent storm. This was near the top of the roof of our 2-story home. Dixon's came out the day we called and replaced that piece, re-nailed another loose piece and checked our gutters. A piece of debris was removed from one of the gutters.
