The gutters look much better (nothing growing). Can't tell how clear they are as we haven't had rain. Easy scheduling. Team did the work without me being there. Did the job the day they promised. Also gave me a quote to put guards on in the future. Found some debris from the gutters around the house in several places. I think they just missed picking it up after the job was complete.

They are very prompt. They did an excellent job. We have already scheduled another service in the fall due to the initial service being so great.

They did a very good job and were quite speedy - it only took about an hour. They called to ask if they could come earlier in the day due to a cancellation, which worked for us.

These guys were terrific! Real people pleasers. Went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my Pella windows at no charge. The windows look great! And, my chandeliers are spotless.

They sent out 2 people to clean our windows. Both of them were great and very friendly.

Purchased Angie's List special. I wanted them to call me so I could schedule time off from work, but instead they just came out and did the job while I was at work. At first, I was upset because I thought if I was not there, how would I know the work was done properly? However, as it turned out later, my neighbor was home that day and saw the whole thing. Two men came out with all the proper equipment and did the work quickly and efficiently; my neighbor was highly impressed! Which made me quite happy and satisfied. Would definitely use them again.

The service went great. I did not have as many windows to clean as the deal stated so the technician did some extra work on the skylights. One technician came out. He was very efficient and thorough. I had no problem scheduling the deal and I was very satisfied.

They did a very good job on all my windows and two skylights. They were not quite as careful as Detail was about putting back the curtains in their places.

The person who answered the phone was very enthusiastic and truly wanted my business and was willing to answer all questions and get me scheduled at a time that worked well with my crazy schedule. They did an awesome job and clean sparkling windows just makes me smile (my windows were in DESPERATE need of cleaning). THANK YOU HD Windows!! It was a very good deal. I have a lot of windows. They cleaned my windows for 4 or 5 years and did a really good job. They also cleaned my screens.

I called for an appointment and they were available the next week. Nick and Brad arrived punctually and were pleasant to work with. I showed them where they could obtain water and mentioned that the screens were sometimes difficult to get into place correctly. After that, they worked quickly and efficiently while I was on the phone for work meetings. Everything looks great. I've had them clean windows for probably 6 or 7 years both at my prior home in Martinsville and at my newer home here in Westfield. They are consistently great to work with. Last year, one of my screens fell from the a second floor window during a storm the night after they cleaned. It was damaged so I called and asked them about it. They came out right away, picked up the screen, repaired it and had it re-installed within a day or two...this year they were particularly careful to get them in just right. My screens are tricky so I appreciated the extra care and was glad not to have to mess with them myself.

They did an excellent job. They came out and did everything I need them to do and more. I had to pay an extra $20 but that was my choice. They were more than willing to work with me. I told him they didn’t need to clean the outdoor windows. He also cleaned the enclosed 2 windows in the patio without asking. The windows were sparkling. They got back to me quickly

Fabulous work. I have used this company in the past for gutter cleaning (fabulous work there, too), but this is the first time for window cleaning The three-man crew came promptly at 8:15, introduced themselves and talked me through their routine. All removed their shoes while inside, provided floor protection around the areas to be cleaned. Within five minutes they were at work cleaning the insides of all windows including the storms. When a worker came upon a weakness in the glass of one of the storms, he immediately notified me and talked me through the options. As they were cleaning, they gathered up whatever debris might have accumulated. Once they completed the inside windows, they immediately began on the outside. They completed their work with peak efficiency and all were as pleasant as could be. My windows now are sparkling clean! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

It was good and they completed the work in less than half a day. Some of the areas that we thought were going to get done were not as clean as I would have hoped though.

The service was ok. I felt they were just trying to get started in the housecleaning business and there were some employee issues.

Excellant job -- as I have very high level window exposure in rear of house - basically 3 stories up. Sufficent leaders to get up high. All windows were hand-washed without using extension poles. Jake did a great job.
