Green Vista Landscaping

They really upgraded our yard. It's different. Green Vista Landscaping came up with the design and we were really pleased with it. We had some drainage issue and they worked to resolve that.

We have very good luck with them. We have been very happy. They were prompt. They came back and corrected work that we wanted a different way. They were willing to make changes. There was a lot of follow up.

The resulting plan was quite complete and professional. He did exactly what I asked him to do.

When I first contacted Green Vista, I was told they could come out to give me an estimate in 3 weeks. I said no thank you. They then said they would send someone out in 2 weeks. The day before the appointment, they called to cancel and reschedule for 2 another weeks out. I expressed my disappointment with the delay and Jeff finally came to my home to discuss the project. I gave him my price range, which he agreed was within reason. He later mailed me a quote that was about twice that amount. No explanation. No follow up call. I called him & asked how we could get the price within reason. We decided to leave the existing concrete slab in place and build brick patio around it. Jeff said it would be no problem, he'd done the same thing at his home. We modified the order & set a date for install. I signed contract & paid 1/2 down. Install date came & went without installation. Jeff never contacted me. I contacted him again. He apologized. Said they could start in a couple of weeks which was past date we agreed to at onset. Jeff agreed to "reduce price" and upgrade pavers for inconvenience. Project completed but sloppy and sloping. I called Jeff out again. He sent workers out to add mulch. Patio still slopes, Jeff claims it is supposed to slope slightly for drainage but excessive slope is due to adding pavers around concrete slab. Jeff offered to take out slab for additional $2,000. I think he forgot that he said it wasn't a problem at beginning of project. Workers also killed grass in front yard. Jeff said he would re-seed. That was 6 months ago. He's never called since. I would definitely never use Green Vista. Nor would I recommend anyone else use them.

I have no complaints with anything. The finished product looks outstanding. Their estimate at first came in a little high we thought and we commented on this to them. They responded by re-working the estimate to something that was doable. They showed up as promised, communicated everything promptly via email, and finished the job in the number of days promised - even working through some rather nasty rain to do so. We will definitely consider them again in the future.

Everything looked nice. They did a good job weeding. They did a good job overall. I was not here for most of the work, but overall they did what they said they would do. Everything was clean and neat. They cleaned all the trimming debris.

They were under all the other bids. They were high quality people and were very professional. Excellent company. They were on time and they did everything you would want and more.

They were very efficient. They were very quick actually. They performed it faster than anticipated. The price was less than the quote. Our lawn looks great. We are very happy and we would use them again.

It was excellent. They were very responsive. They came out when they said they would. They were on time in completing the work. We asked them to come back for additional work and they came right away. Excellent company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape work.

They contacted us about doing some additional things. We were very happy with what they had done before. We had them come back and we are pleased with the work again. Overall, we were happy with both jobs. Jeff Eiler, Terry, and crew were great to work with. After initially estimating the work my wife and I requested, Jeff recommended a different type of decorative stove than what we had specified. He delivered a large bucket load of the sample stone for us to compare with the decorative stone that is in our front flower beds. After, we approved the change, he redid the contract which resulted in 30% savings from the initial estimate. When the dry creek bed was installed, I thought it was too narrow. After Jeff Eiler met with me to inspect the the job, he agreed and had the bed widened within three days.

I hired them to landscape my yard. They did fantastic job. I can't recognize my yard after what they done. They can do magic to yours too.

I really liked the owner. He was really good and his employees were good. They did the work great and if i didn't like something they easily changed it. The owner has also come back to follow-up.

They did a beautiful job. TJ is very helpful and really listened to what I wanted. We had them back to do another job!

Overall this went good. The company was professional about negotiating the work. Once installation began, it was finished in 2 days. However, there were a couple of small issues. The crew had to remove quite a few plants in the area that was relandscaped. I had asked that the removed plants be left so I could put some in our back yard, but I did not note this on the contract. When I arrived home after the first day, I discovered that all of my plants had been hauled away. I was advised that I could go to the dump site and pick through them. That didn't sit well with me. Also, the crew did not fill in the holes where the plants were removed with dirt. They apparently thought they could use mulch for that, and it left large sinkholes in the landscaped area. We had to request that they come back out and use fill dirt on the big ones, but we still had to fix some of the smaller ones ourselves. We were also told that the plants were guaranteed for 1 year, and it looks like several may have died. We need to call and see if these will be replaced. We were very pleased with the overall landscape design, and the designer took into account many likes and dislikes that we had.

His ideas and suggestions were great. They were professional and on time. They were reasonable and flexible. He listened to my fianc s ideas. He gave great service and did his job they we feel he should. Willing to listen to our suggestions. There is no dissatisfaction.

They were very good, they were very timely. They edged and mulched the beds and trees at my home, and I felt that their prices were reasonable.

They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were also very efficient and they did what they did what they were said they were going to do. They were very easy to work with.

The whole process was smooth and seamless. TJ did a wonderful job of listening to our requests, showing us plenty of options and then creating a beautiful design. His crew created new beds all around the house, installed 70 new plants and transplanted 2 trees. They were fast, professional and left everything cleaner than they found it. We could have paid less for another contractor, but we chose to go with Green Vista and TJ because he provided the best service, reassurance and experience.

Jeff from Green Vista helped us to design and choose a pattern and size for a new brick walkway in our backyard. He was always very responsive to our calls and questions and worked with us to accommodate our budget and ideas. The installation team was also very professional. They took their time to make sure that everything was done well. While all landscape work seems expensive, Jeff and his company were very competitive and gave us excellent quality service.

The company was extremely professional and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. They would be the first company I would call in the future for all my landscaping needs.

We called for an estimate and TJ was very prompt in scheduling our evening appointment. He asked many pertinent questions and promised his design plans in two weeks. They called exactly two weeks later and scheduled our appointment where he very patiently explained the landscaping ideas and plants to us (as novices, we needed his recommendations!) As we have a new house, he provided pricing in phases which allowed us to obtain an overall idea for the entire yard and then proceed with the planting as we wished. We decided on the front and back initial landscaping (trees, flowers, bushes, mulch). Due to demand, they said it would be mid-August before we could be scheduled and they called on August 13th to schedule the work. I was at work so never saw any of the workers, but they completed the work exactly to the plan! After the work was done, TJ agreed that we needed another bush in one area that we were unsure about, and he delivered and planted it the next day! TJ's knowledge and assistance was invaluable. We were very pleased with their work and our yard. We truly could not have asked any more from this service!

It went well. I was asked several times how I wanted everything planted and then asked to inspect it after it was planted. I also inspected after it was all done. I was given information on the care of the plants for the first several weeks and information on how the plants would grow.

They were really quick in response with getting me my estimate and doing the work. I came home and the job was done and all cleaned up. I would use them again in the future.
