This service appeared quite easy for someone who knew what he was doing. I have already used this company again.

The guys at EZPC fixed the problem, called when the repair was done (earlier than estimated), and honored my request for an Angie's List member discount. In a nutshell, I might have spent $400 on a new PC; instead, I paid EZPC a paltry $25 or so. THANKS MATT!!!!

They came over and spent about an hour working on my issues. He was very efficent with the problems I had initially called about. He then spent time improving my computers speed. When he had finished everything was resolved and computer was even running faster. I would have them back again.

It went very well. He knew exactly what I wanted the first time I explained what I wanted and had it done within 45 minutes to an hour. AND IT WORKS.

He was very friendly, and the computer run very smoothly, and fast. He also dropped it off at my home for no cost.

The service was good but we felt that it was up charged once he got in.

They were great, but unfortunately my computer was old enough that it wasn't economically feasible to repair. I'd recommend them to my friends and will contact them with anything computer related in the future.

They were able to provide services quickly and efficiently with a great deal of professionalism. I had ordered a keyboard and upon receipt of it discovered it was broken. I called to reschedule and Matt volunteered to place a new order and to phone me when it arrived. He was true to his word and I was scheduled the following day with Nick. In addition to repairing the keyboard, Nick handled other issues for me including transferring all files to an external hard drive, resetting my Airport Express which was not picking up the internet, helping me to determine which desktops were too archaic even for donations, etc. He agreed to take away some of my computer "stuff" and recycle it after clearing it of my personal files. They will be my first resource any time I have computer issues.

I have a 10-year old DELL desk top computer. It has gotten slower and slower over the years. I was told by a person who supposedly knows a lot about computers that I should just buy another one. I thought I'd spend a few $$$ to see what a real computer person could do. Nick from EZPC Indy came out and in one hour (the limit I set) cleaned up my computer, organized files and increased the speed by at least 200%. My home PC is now running at about the same speed as my office computer. Nick said that I wouldn't need a new computer for a long time. This was the best $50 I've ever spent on computer maintenance.

They went out of their way to do exactly what I asked for, which was a bit out of the box. They also volunteered to drop it off to me at no charge.

Thy we're fast and efficient. They were very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

It was an excellent experience. In all cases, we had an appointment, some same day. We dropped the phones off, and within an hour they were done. The last phone I took in, was done the same way, but within a few days the screen was “jumpy”. I was so worried that I was going to need a new phone, etc. I called the guys at EZPC, and they knew immediately it was a bad screen and asked me to bring it back in. I drove right over, and 20 minutes later WHILE I WAITED (which was awesome), it was fixed again. These guys are professional, friendly, and provide a great service.

The first screen was a faulty one, and they ordered another part and fixed it again for no charge. The service was very speedy, and the personnel that work there are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again for any technology needs for sure!

Everything was fantastic, Nicholas walked me through all my options that I had for the repairs needed on my laptop and told me the cost of each in order to figure out which option worked best. The turn around time was very quick and service was very professional. EZPC has helped to increase the speed on my laptop and it runs better thant when I first purchased it!
