The first computer they diagnosed as needing a whole new hard drive, so we did not repair it. The approximate cost was about $120. So then we brought in a second computer that was having laptop screen issues and wasn’t on display. They ended up quoting me $250 to have it done and it might not work. So after we did a little research online, we were able to buy the LCD screen. Oh, and he said it was very complex and over $250. So we looked online, bought an LCD screen and was able to do it within 10 minutes ourselves, fixed the LCD that had burned out for $90. I know we did the labor, but unfortunately the guy was giving me this whole line of, it’s so complicated and cost over $250. When I was able to order the exact part online and fix it myself for $90. The $120 was the diagnostic fee. They were kind enough to diagnose the second one or at least look at it and plug it in to determine that it was the screen and not something else. They didn’t do the repair for $250, I did the repair for $90. The price felt like I was being jabbed.

Fantastic. Purchased new PC from Best Buy and left it with the Geek Squad to have data from old hard drive transferred to new computer. After 3 days was told that hard drive was damaged and contained no data. Took computers to EZPC and Nick called me the next day to tell me the transfer was in process and then called again on Monday to tell me it was ready to pick up. So much for Geek Squad evaluations. Cost was the same as Geek Squad after using Angie,s list coupon.

Nick and Matt are great and are my go to guys when technology leaves my head swimming. I don't want to know how to do all of the things they do, I just want them on my speed dial for those o-sh_t moments!!!!

They performed their job in a very timely fashion, unfortunately the computer was beyond repair so no other services performed.

Matt Dillon did the work. He was pleasant & professional. He said: " PC passed all diagnostics & virus scan. Installed all available Windows updates. Updated Firefox, Chrome, Java (removed), QuickTime, ITunes, Skype, & MSE. Removed multiple PUPS and removed over 15GB of unnecessary "junk" files. Optimized Windows visual & paging file settings for best performance. Performed defrag. Rec memory/SSD upgrade for more speed. He said, It is slow & getting old. He could updates & parts for $225.98, or suggest a new computer." I decided to keep using it the way it is.

For computer repair I used EZPC in Noblesville. What stood out about their service is that they are upfront, knowledgeable and available.

EZPC was forced to do a ridiculous amount of hadware and software troubleshooting to diagnose an ongoing issue with my PC -- all of which was done within the quoted (and inexpensive) diagnostics fee. The literally had to nearly disassemble the PC to figure out the issue. I could not have possibly figured out the problem even though I built the machine myself. They ultimately uninstalled and reinstalled the operating system (WIN 7). Problem totally resolved. VERY professional. VERY thorough. HIGHLY recommend them.

Guys did their best to remove virus and restore computer to prior working order but virus unable to be removed. Did next best thing.

They were great--answered the phone every time we called! They patiently answered all our questions and were very professional and friendly. Easy to work with and extremely responsive. We are not computer-inclined, and they smoothly got us through what seemed to be an overwhelming change.

Very happy with their service. Over the course of a month I had a iphone, an ipod and a computer worked on. With the computer they had to order parts. They kept in touch with me about the process. There was a long wait time for the part so they looked at other vendors and also kept me updated with the shipping delays. The guys are very friendly and know what they are doing. I would use them again.

Today I called EZPC as I always do when needing help and he asked what the issue was and said he could possibly take care of it immediately if I wished. He hooked onto my computer and as is most often the case he spent about 15 minutes rapidly going through my computer and manually took care of the issue. It is so satisfying to sit at home and watch my computer being fixed of whatever the problem is. The guys are so efficient, responsive to my needs, and always explains what he is doing as he goes through it. I could not imagine any more professional or competent computer experts than those at EZPC and I highly recommend their services.

Don't let cost scare ya! I had 2 cracked iPhone screens fixed (usually it would be $75 for one) in a matter of a couple hours. Very professional! Would definitely recommend them and use them again!!

The computer worked perfectly upon its return. The work was completed quickly and EZPC is now set up to access the computer should my father have difficulty which will save me time in retrieving the computer for work. We will hire the company for our home computer in the future and my husband recommended the company at work and EZPC has provided services at his work on more than one occasion.

They are punctual, professional and incredibly helpful! I was so impressed with them fixing our internet issues (caused by the Direct TV repairman!) and helping us contact our internet provider to increase speed/ services. Then they worked on another laptop and helped to fix the security issues. They didn't make me buy a program or a subscription that I would have done without them (McAfee) but instead showed me how the windows program already has those features but they needed to be turned on. Saved me a ton of money!!

EZPC was up-front with us regarding the possible problem areas, and that they would try the least expensive approach to see if ti would fix the problem, but that it might not work. We had them do it and a few weeks later the laptop started acting up again. We took the laptop back up to EZPC last week and they ran diagnostics again and this time they were able to replicate the problem which indicated a more expensive repair. They advised us of the costs and indicated that we could just about get a new laptop for that amount (ie, they didn't sucker us into an expensive repair). I would definitely use them again & recommend them.

Everything went great! The technician arrived on time, was really nice and fun and funny, and took care of all my needs in a timely manner. I have already hired them again, and will continue to do so in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends!

There were several issues with low network feeding from our community system and I would have been very frustrated if I had tried to complete all this without their knowledge,expertise, and prompt help. They were always available to listen and usually were able to come out to the house the next day if that was needed. He was very easy to explain things to and was always willing to explain issues in a way that I could understand and make intelligent decisions about. I highly recommend this company and know that you will be very satisfied with their work.

My PC was infected and everything I tried seemed to make it worse - I knew I needed professional help. I phoned Matt and was able to get an appointment the next day. It took about 90 minutes but everything is clean and I don't have annoying popups and warnings of threats. He gave good advice too on questions I had. I would highly recommend them!
