Description of Work: They've performed a couple rebuilds of computers, when our techs didn't have the time or were overextended. Very highly recommended! Also have used them for an iPad repair. It looked just like new, when finished.

Description of Work: I used EZPC Indy twice over the past 4 months for repair of my iphone 5s -- 1st time -- I dropped it on my driveway and the screen shattered. I called the next day, they got me in same day with an appointment and had my screen fixed in an hour. 2nd time was last week and I dropped my phone again, this time with a protective case on it; however the screen popped out -- didn't shatter or anything, but popped out and I could not get it back in. I called and they got me in the same day. They told me that the screen was under warranty -- no charge to repair it, my home key needed to be replaced and they charged me just for the part, not the labor. They fixed the phone in an hour and took extra time to show me how to turn on automatic data transfer to the cloud; just because I asked. No charge for that either. The guys at EZPC are professional, polite and fast. I highly recommend them! I hope I don't have to use them again - if I do I am gluing the phone to my hand -- but if I do need a phone or tablet repair they will be the only place I go!

Description of Work: I had a few questions prior to decided if I wanted to use EZPC's business. They answered all of my questions in a timly and professional manner. Once an appt was made a technician came to my house. He was prompt and listened to my concerns. He explained what he was doing and I was pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: I had to replace my whole hardware system. They recovered 95% of my files. The price hurt a bit but I'm not sure what it cost for hard wares. Seems fair! They were very professional and punctual. I turned in y laptop on a Wednesday and got it back on Friday. Overall I am satisfied with their work and will go back to them if I have any other problems.

Description of Work: They repaired a laptop that had virus issues. The geek squad at Best Buy was unable to fix it in a reasonable amount of time or at all. It was a good experience. He was able to fix my laptop in one day.
