Crew Clean-up & Removal did a very good job. They moved some parts and pretty much did what they were supposed to do.

They were fast. They did the job well. They had a good attitude. They are honest and dependable.

After an initial very quick response (1 hour) asking for information about the job, we set up an appointment for the following week. I e-mailed a very detailed list of what I needed done for them to look over prior to the meeting. The day the meeting was to occur the company e-mailed saying they had scheduling issues, and that they would get back to me that afternoon to set up another appointment. That was understandable, but after I did not hear from them for two days, I e-mailed them again saying I figured that they were too busy to do my job, but that I was disturbed by the fact that they did not just tell me that and instead just let me hang. I got a response then, saying that indeed they were too busy, and hoped I would try again in a couple of months. I feel that the above is an indication of poor customer service, and I will certainly not be using their company in the future.

They arrived on time, took care of everything in 1/2 an hour! They brought a bigger truck than we had contracted for and when it filled up with more than our price allowed...they were going to charge extra, but when I said I only counted on paying the original price and didn't realize the truck was bigger, the 2 crew members called their boss, and he said no problem. They will be my "go-to" company for any clean up and removal needs. Priced affordably, punctual, painless!

Crew Clean up was contacted by phone to haul away tree stumps and about 10' of concrete sidewalk. We were told that they would do this for $150.00 which was one of the Angies List Deals of 4 hours hauling plus disposal. The 2 young men arrived on time but were obviously intoxicated (stoned)....glassy eyes, incoherent speech, trouble keeping track. The "leader" had no idea about the estimate and did not know what he was supposed to pick up and refused to load the concrete and stumps. Then his helper argued with him about it but he still refused to haul the stumps and concrete. Since they were there, I asked if they would haul an old water heater and 2 pressure tanks and some aluminum guttering. They agreed to do this for double the original price. ( I understand that they get money for scrap weight on those kinds of items.)

A great deal. The workers were quick, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing things removed quickly and neatly. It was about 6 days after we made contact before we could get a date scheduled. I wish it could have been quicker, but when you want the job done right, you have to be patient to get the best sometimes.

I liked their price and professionalism. They were on time, neat, and orderly.

I called on 5/31/2012 to see if Crew Clean-up could haul away about 15 interior pre-hung doors, casing, baseboards, storm windows and screens. They gave me an esitmate and I agreed to the price. They were so flexible that they fit me in the next morning. Three guys showed up in a box truck. These guys picked everyhting up from my porch and side of the house. They were done in about 30 minutes. Perfect!

WIthin hours of purchasing the Big Deal, I had a call from Katie at Crew Clean-up to see if I was ready to schedule the pick up. I wasn't quite ready and asked her to call me back. She called back just when I asked, she answered all my questions and set up my appointment. The crew showed up on schedule. They were professional, friendly and careful. I really couldn't have asked for better service.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List and within a couple of hours of my online purchase, Katie from Crew called to offer to schedule the time and date of hauling with me. On the day of the appointment, she called to let me know they would be an hour later than scheduled and asked if that would be ok or if I needed to reschedule. The crew was punctual on the rescheduled time and very friendly and professional. They were fast, thorough and courteous, and were careful to check to make sure they were getting everything I wanted hauled off without taking anything I still wanted. I'd definitely recommend them!

This went great. I used an Angie's List deal ($75.00 for a full truck load of haul-away) and it was truly a bargain. The usual price of $150 for this service would be just standard for what I would expect to pay for this. The company actually called me on the day I placed the Angie's List deal online. The woman who called was very pleasant and they were very accomodating with their scheduling. On the day of, they arrived promptly, the two gentleman were very nice and polite. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done, including sweeping my driveway where some dirt had fallen. Great experience from start to finish.

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did a great job! In a matter of an hour, all of the carpet, carpet pad, cabinets, toilet, sinks, countertops, broken furniture, pool slide, diving board, pool basketball goal, scraps of wood and other building materials were gone. And we didn't have to break our own backs to heave it into a dumpster. Nice!

After purchasing the Angie's List Deal, Katie from Crew contacted me via email the very same day. I was able to respond at my leisure and schedule the pickup within the week. The two guys from Crew showed up a little early (after calling to make sure it would be okay) and were able to have the entire mess cleared in less than 45 minutes. They were very friendly and hard-working. They were even careful to make sure a snake found in the rubbish wasn't harmed and were able to move him to a safer place. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. We will definitely be using Crew for any future hauling needs!

I called the company after getting an email from Angie's List about them. I spoke with Mike about the email which had expired two days ago. He was so helpful and offered me the same price even though it was going to cost him more for the disposal. He offered to come that same day and they were at my home within the hour.I highly recommend this company. The service is great and the cost is very reasonable. My work schedule varies and it is hard for me to make appointment too far in advance.I was very impressed that he was able to arrange to come the same day I called.

I emailed my request to their service to haul debris from an alternative address than my home address. They arrived on schedule, but to my home address rather than the alternative address. I gave them the alternative address and with in a short period of time, a neighbor close to the alternative address called to inform me that Crew Clean had performed the job and was thorough in their work. The job required more than the amount of hauling that I purchased, but Crew Cleanup removed the debris and apologized for the address mix up.

I bought the Big Deal $75 for a full-sized pick-up of hauling/junk removal. Called ASAP to schedule and spoke to Katie, who was friendly and pleasant. I described the scope of my project; demolition and removal of a wooden playset. I had started to dismantle it myself and said it might be more involved than just picking it up and hauling it. She said if it would come down relatively easily that the Crew guys would do the work. We scheduled for Friday at 2. A few minutes before 2 Katie called to say the guys were running late and it would be closer to 3; she offered to reschedule if that wouldn't work. The Crew guys (Mike and Rob) called a few minutes before 3 to say they were held up in traffic (there is a lot of construction near my home) but they would be arriving shortly. I appreciated their respect for my time. They arrived a few minutes after 3 and started right to work. Had the work done in less than an hour and hauled away the entire playset. This saved me hours of work and who knows how much muscle pain! They worked hard, acted professionally and efficiently. I will definitely call them again if needed and would highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job.

Angie's list came through for us with a big deal of the day with Crew Junk Removal. My family and I are in the process of moving on an accelerated timeline and had a number of furniture items we did not want to pack to the next house to watch it sit unused again. I called Tyler at Crew Junk Removal and he said they could be there the next day between 1 - 2p.m. to take care of whatever I needed done. They showed up on time and got right to it. I had a stack of moving boxes from the last move that I was planning to sell on Craigs list and asked if he would be willing to take those as well. They agreed immediately to help me out. Great customer service. I wish Tyler and team the best.

From the initial phone call to the job completion, everyone involved was great to work with.

Wow - fantastic experience. Arrived right on time and went right to work. Removed everything I asked and did it with a smile. Very friendly, courteous and respectful of property. Would definitely use again and will recommend to anyone who needs their services. Totally exceeded my expectations. Great company and staff. Much appreciated.

After searching for trash hauling, and seeing the special offered by Crew Clean-up. I read the reviews submitted for Crew Clean-up, and decided that they were the best choice. I purchased the services through Angie's List. Crew Clean-up was quick to call and schedule a pick up time. The scheduler was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. Crew Clean-up called on the schedule date to say that they were on their way. The crew that showed up were extremely friendly and great to work with! Upon asking if they could remove more trash, they gladly agreed with no problem with a slight extra charge. Great experience! I even received a follow up call from Crew Clean-up later that day to make sure that everything went well. An awesome company that I intend to use in the future!!

This company is fabulous! Their employees hauled everything up a set of stairs from our basement, at no extra charge. They already had a list of non-profit organization in this area, so I know our items were going to organizations. I think it’s great that they exhibit this kind of thoughtfulness and care. Everyone we interacted with was very polite, professional, and hardworking. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We called Mike with Crew and he came out to do the job. My wife showed him were the piles of tree limbs where in the front and back of the house. She had to go somewhere and Mike did a great job without any supervision. We will hire him again.
