They came out, when they said they will.. It went well.

They arrived on time & did a good job removing all brush.

It was very good. They came and stayed for a couple of hours picking up some stuff. The price was good and I don’t have any particular problem. They came and picked up what I asked them to pick up and took it. It was a very simple service. They did what they were supposed to do.

2 young men came over and did an excellent job cleaning out my attic and bringing things up out of the basement.

In preparation, I moved all items to the garage. They showed up and loaded them into their truck. They took everything I had gathered together. The Big Deal was for a full size pick-up of hauling/junk removal.

Two men came and removed an old heavy water heater from basement that a plumber refused to move.

I purchased a big deal from this company but didn't use the deal prior to the expiration date. I emailed the company asking if I could use the coupon for the paid value after the fact (I didn't even want the discount at this point- just the service) but I never heard back from the company. It was my fault for letting the coupon expire but I still wanted to use the services.

Contacted Mike and he indicated he wanted to look through the home to give an accurate quote. The next day, they were at the home and toured the entire home to properly gauge the scope of work. They provided a quote that was all inclusive with no surcharges. Their crew came out early Saturday morning and after the weekend and more truckloads than anticipated, the home was clear of everything. They committed to completing the job by a certain date and delivered without increasing their price. In one room, they even tore out carpet to properly remove all the old junk that had adhered to the carpeting. Great guys and great work!

It was a great experience in every way, but when I tried to contact this company recently, I received no response. Do you know off they are still in business?

Well, actually he did came in and we changed it over to cleaning my chimney and he did that work instead.

They loaded it up, and hauled it away. He did what he was supposed to do, and I was pleased. I would call them back and gin in the future.

I had accumulated quite a bit of unwanted or unusable things in my garage over the years. They were very thorough. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job of loading their truck with my unwanted articles. Not only were they doing a great job, they completed the job quickly. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a very short time.

This was the perfect Big Deal. I used this service and it was timely and necessary, My garage was over-crowded and I needed immediate removal. They haulers came on time and removed all items.

John was outstanding. I called the original Big Deal resource and they were out of business. I let Angie's list know of the new development and got referrals. I had to get a very old sofa out of the house immediately. I called Crew Clean-up and they came to my rescue. They were GREAT!!! John fit me into his busy schedule and got it done!!! Thank you, thank you.

I just used them because of the big deal. They were okay.

Never did the job or returned phone calls.

We had a garage full of trash from old branches and lumber to the carpet we tore out for our new floors. We called Crew and requested a haul away. They set up a convenient time for us and showed up as promised. The three thing that make for good service. We are planning to call them again after our next home project to take away the trash.

Very easy to work with called to set up appointment they were on time.they did all the work and even refunded some money saying we didn't quite have a full load. They will be on the list the next time we need trash hauled away.

In late August 2012 I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for garage clean-out and haul away by Crew Clean-Up & Removal. They never contacted me to acknowledge my purchase and schedule the work. I attempted to contact Crew by phone in mid November to schedule the clean out but got their voicemail so I left a message with all pertinent information. I knew I called the correct phone # because their voicemail greeting included the Crew name. By December 6, I had not received a response, so I called again. Again I got voicemail, so I left another thorough message and also followed it with an email requesting that they contact me to schedule the clean-out. No response. On December 14, I called again to no avail. I left another voicemail and sent an email. After getting zero response, I am left with no choice but to request Angie's List help and demand that Crew refund my $199. If a provider doesn't want the business or can't provide the service for whatever reason (ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY'VE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR IT!), at least have the professional courtesy to respond. So disappointing. There's no excuse.

They were very professional, friendly and effective. It did not take much time, and they were easy to work with.

Never followed through with the pick up. Called numerous times to schedule the pick up.

Once we got things worked out it went well. We had to reschedule because of some conflicts that prevented us getting the items ready. When I called to reschedule, I got someone on a cell phone. I explained my situation and rescheduled. Unfortunately they were no shows on the reschedule date. My guess is that because he was on a cell phone, the information didn't get recorded properly. Once I called back and told them what happened, they happily rescheduled and showed up when they said they would. I will use them again when we clean out our basement.

I paid $75 for this Angies LIst Big Deal. The guys called the morning they were to come, to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. They began work immediately upon arrival...cleaning out a very large storage barn that was packed full of 30 years of collecting junque (my nice way of saying junk). They took everything, including tires and leftover shingles. The shed was totally empty 2 1/2 hours later. I would use Crew Clean-up and Removal again in a heartbeat!
