I purchased the Big Deal but did not call for services until close to the expiration date due to personal scheduling issues. It took the provider over a week to call me back. We set up an initial date but he called to cancel that morning. I repeatedly called him back to reschedule but my phone calls were never returned. The Big Deal Team also reached out to this provider but again they never got back in touch with me. I never received the services and have asked for a refund.

.Saw this 'Big Deal' and decided to take advantage of it, and get our storage shed cleaned out (long over due). We had started on the project when some 'friendly' neighbor, called the city to complain out about the things sitting outside the shed. Consequently, we were given three days to have it removed. We called Crew Clean-up & Removal, and explained the 'urgency' our situation. They were great, they set up an appointment for the very next day. The guys showed up the next day, right on time. They did a great job, they were able to get everything in one load, and there was a lot of 'stuff', they really did some cramming. They were fast and efficient, did a very neat job. Would definitely use them again. Polite and professional!

Mike came in advance to give a quote, so we both knew what to expect regarding the project. On the service day, he and his partner (also Mike) arrived early and got right to work.They were both very professional and cheerful, despite doing some pretty dirty work. I feel that they went above expectations. When they were done, the shed was completely empty and spotless. Mike the owner was very willing to work with me on the price. I would definitely use them again.

I found it easy to schedule a time for pick up, which I was pleasantly surprised to schedule for a Saturday. On the day of the service, the haulers promplty arrived within the half-hour window I was provided. They quickly loaded my "junk" and carted it away. Unfortunately I had more items to be hauled than would fit in a full size load, but I had a lot of "junk!" I think the amount they took away, especially for the price, was more than fair.

They did great from scheduling to arriving on time with a crew that went about their work effortlessly. They loaded the truck and were gone pronto. It was great to get rid of this junk and I was glad I took advantage of the deal.

They were prompt, fast, and clean. The price was right. I was more then satisfied. They were very cooperative. There was so no dickering, they went right to work and made it look easy.

The guys were professional and they did an excellent job. I would use them again if I had to and I would recommend them.

You can see from the above, that all went exactly as promised. They are a great company to do business with!!

Mke was on time, careful with the interior of my house, thorough, and very efficient as he moved bulky items from the basement and garage. He loaded the items and had them out of my way with no muss and no fuss. I appreciated his work and his pleasant attitude.

Overall it was a very positive experience. I had no trouble arranging an appointment time and Crew Cleanup showed up promptly and took care of my hauling needs.

I actually enjoyed cleaning out my garage! Mike and Mike (yes, that's true) helped me go through all the junk and trash that had accumulated over the years. We joked and kidded the whole time and it went fast. They were very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again and probably will, as now my barn needs cleaning out.

Everything went well. I had purchased an Angie's list big deal for $75 to haul away a pick-up full of assorted items. I made an appointment, they were punctual and courteous, and removed the items from my garage. I then showed them a very large and heavy TV in our walk-out and scheduled that to be picked up a few days later. Again, they were timely and courteous. I will definitely use their services again.

I called for an appointment. The salesperson stopped by the job site, and returned an estimate in a day or two. I approved the work, and the work was done within the week. (They had to make a second trip with a larger truck, and completed the work over the weekend.) Overall, a good experience. I would use them again. Thanks

I called the office to make sure they could take all the materials from the dismantled play set (metal, rubber, etc) because we had a hard time finding somewhere to take all those materials ourselves. They assured me they could take everything so I purchased their deal on Angie's List. They were prompt and courteous for the pick-up and I would certainly use their services again.
