Description of Work: I tried calling the phone number on the coupon and found that it was disconnected. After several months I was finally able to find a working number through the Internet search I did not through Angie's list. I did not schedule with this company right away due to family emergencies and having health problems that landed me in the hospital myself. Very disappointed with the overall experience and would like my money back.

Description of Work: Used a coupon to clean out basement for a move. These guys were excellent. Carried items out carefully. Very polite & neat. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They showed up exactly on-time and removed the junk we had accumulated over 20 years in about 1 hour. Very responsive and courteous. They even recycled an old analog TV for us.

Description of Work: Two respectful young gentlemen came with a huge box truck and in a matter of one hour loaded and hauled away a garage ful of junk. Couldn't have been easier.

Description of Work: They arrived on time. They informed me what they were going to do and when they left for the dump they informed me of schedule and when they'd be back to complete the job. It was 95 degrees outside and they didn't let the heat get them down and cleaned up after loading last load. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a pickup truck load of junk & trash removal from Angie's List Big Deal. Two men arrived on schedule and loaded the truck with a massive amount of old National Geographic Magazines. They were thorough and professional.

Description of Work: I called and asked about the 1/2 off a truckload coupon. Mike answered and said that even though it was expired, since I live across the street from someone he was hauling for, he would give me the same price. Excellent follow-up and customer service! Very professional! I suggested they schedule a neighborhood cleanup day for the day after our annual garage sale. We are checking into that.

Description of Work: I received an email concerning a special that was being offered by this company. After reviewing their rating and comments I decided to contact them concerning concrete landscape edging and exercise equipment I wanted removed. Mike emailed me back with answers to my questions the same day and then quoted me an estimate. He had an opening to schedule the job today which we accepted. The crew were prompt, friendly and removed all the items we requested plus several last minute additions. Mike even followed up later in the day on the service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends!

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for junk removal. Scheduling was easy and within a few days. The guys were right on time, friendly and helpful. They picked up leftover lumber, roofing scraps and debris from a DIY construction project. Would hire again without hesitation.
