Excellent experience! Brian was always on time and professional, yet friendly. He was attentive to my goal of having my slate floors be easier to care for. So he suggested buffing them down a bit to make them easier to clean. At the same time, he advised against refinishing some marble in the family bathroom because it was poor quality and not worth the expense. So he was not just drumming up more business. The way he sealed my slate floors was with a product that actually soaks into the top layer of the stone, so that it won't come off the way wax will. Now the stone looks totally natural, yet water beads up on it and it's much easier to clean. His work in the shower required making some dust. But none of it escaped the shower because he used a vacuum tool that sucked up the dust before it could get away. Brian also took plenty of time to explain to me how to take care of all the stone in my house. He loves stone work, and it shows! I would totally recommend Absolute Stone Polishing!

Bought a big deal. Prior to buying the big deal called to see if slate shower would be included. They said yes. When they came out for estimate the bill went from $110 (big deal) to $800. The reason being, they can't do the job with slate after telling me they could.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They did an excellent job and it looks great. They were fantastic. I didn't compare their price.

Called about consern regarding granite countertops. Brian came out, looked at the problem and explained what would be best to do. He came back when he said would and did the work in about one hour. Buffed an area and applied a long-termm sealer. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to explain things. The was an excellent experience and I would use Brian again.

Brian was professional and courteous. His work was meticulous. Our shower looks great. He took the time to explain what we need to do to maintain the shower. He also sealed a small granite island.

The experience was very good overall. The technician polished the marble in our shower, and had sealed it so it wouldn't become rusty. They were very easy to work with and were very flexible with arranging a time to come out.

My wife dealt with him. He was excellent. He was obsessive, OCD and everything had to be perfect and he did a great job. He was excellent. He came back just to make sure it was okay. We would give him an A+. His price was excellent and he did a fantastic job. The detail work that he did was beyond the cost of what it should have been. He gives a life story about the granites as to how it was installed by the person who did it, was it was done the right way or was it done the wrong way. He knew his area very well. He called when he was coming. If he was going to be late, he called and told me that he was going to be late. His professionalism was great. My wife would recommend him to anybody.

Brian arrived on time and did an excellent job. He filled in a nick on the edge and smoothed a few spots. Then he applied a solution to deep clean the surgace and buffed it to a beautiful sheen. Excellent work, very courteous and professional. Brian wore shoe covers and kept the area clean. No mess to clean up. When our coutertops need attention in the future, we'll call Brian

Our bathroom countertop had been stained by hard water 4 years ago after being installed. Over the years, hard water deposits had built up near the sink. Brian cleaned the stained/damaged granite and then sealed it with a 15 year warranty. The countertop looks brand new again! Brian was courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Brian was very helpful and did a great job. The basic Big Deal was for one year sealer but at his suggestion I payed additional fee for 15 year sealer. Brian gave me information on care and cleaning which was very helpful. Countertops and table look like new.

Excellent repair job. The seam is not noticeable. Very quick and responsive. Excellent work.

Not only was Brian very proficient but he also put up with our three dogs who occasionally got in his way. He was very pleasant and did tremendous work! I felt that we got more than our money's worth from him!
