Brian is excellent. He adjusted his schedule because of other work we were doing and did a fabulous job. The limestone looks like new and it was very discolored --- black and green. Highly recommend.

Brian arrived right on time, checked out the granite and gave us a price. We accepted the price and he sanded down several spots on the edges of the granite counter top. He then cleaned and sealed the kitchen granite. Very pleased with his work. He used a vacuum hose attached to the sander so no dust is released into the air. No cleanup needed after he left. The edges are as good as new with no nicks. Brian came out seven years ago and we were glad to have him come back. We'll probably need him again in another seven years or so.

I called for an estimate Brian came out the next day. He determined the floor needed cleaned and re-sealed. There were also a few spots that the grout had deteriorated and needed replaced. He gave me a couple of options and then scheduled the work. Our daughter was getting married two weeks later and we wanted to have the floor cleaned before hosting a brunch for her the day after her wedding. Even though it was a tight schedule, Brian worked us in and did a wonderful job.

Great! Brian is very personable. Came out and when I called. Looked it over. Told me how much it would cost right then and it would take about half a day. I had accidentally set a spray bottle that I thought was full of water on the marble. It was CLR and ate through the plastic bottle and left a nasty ring on my counter. Brian made the entire counter top look like brand new. Well worth it!

He is a great guy and did a very good job. I have recommended him to other people.

I really didn't think my floor could ever be this perfect. As an added bonus, Brian couldn't be nicer, more informative, neat and organized. He was a great communicator, stayed exactly on his time schedule and price. A+++ So happy!!

He came to our house and gave us estimates on cleaning / polishing stone and tile in the house. He was very helpful and provide advice on what we could do ourselves. We wanted the marble floor in our entryway done. This house is about 50 years old so this floor had lots of wear. Made appt for a couple of weeks later. He came, did a beautiful job and completed it within a couple of hours. He was happy with the results and so was I. The stone and the grout looks so much better. The floor is like a mirror.

They were very knowledgable and explained the job well. The job was done promply and my floors were like new.

We have hard water so there was a ton of buildup.

It took several days to complete the process and Brian took his time and evaluated the process at each step. A very time consuming process but the end result is great. I am very pleased with how the tile looks and I will definitely call Brian for maintenance of the tile as needed.

The granite slab around our kitchen sink had a broken seam and was sinking. Absolute was one of only two companies that were even willing to take on the job. (Most granite installers only want to install.) We chose Absolute because Brian demonstrated very high confidence he could fix it. Brian was also the only was to claim that IF the granite did break near the sink, he could repair that without having to buy a new slab. The work went exactly as planned, including no breakage. Once the piece was removed, the problem was obvious. Absolute repaired it and it looks great. We also wanted all of our granite resealed. Absolute handled that just fine too. Overall, great experience. Very professional service and the results we wanted.

All went very well. Absolute used very effective equipment. We had an area of very dark, water-stained grout that was restored to its original color! Very professional and friendly service.

Brian was very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He suggested we wait a year or two for minor veining repairs so that the countertop would finish and quot;settlingand quot; and we wouldn't have to pay for repairs twice. He spent about 35 minutes at my house making suggestions and offering advice. This was a very good experience. Customer service at its best. He will definitely get my business when it's time.

Brian was great! Very helpful in educating me on cleaners to use and not use. He explained his processmgave me a bid and performed the work right then. He was fast and very neat. I am going to be hiring him to do some additional stone tile work for us that he bid while doiing our granite job!

Brian arrived on time, even called to say he would be a little early, which was fine. He offered to use a permanent finish for a little more money, and we opted to do that. He worked quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up after himself, and offered bottles of cleaner for daily upkeep for purchase. We bought those also. All in all, a very positive experience. We will definitely call him again if needed.

We bought the big deal from this company to have our shower, which is made of Travertine, and quot;deep cleaned.and quot; When the person came out to look at it, they said that a deep clean wouldn't be enough to remove the hard water build up in the shower. I clean the shower fairly regularly but, since it is a natural stone, you aren't supposed to use things like CLR to remove lime build up that the softener doesn't remove. So, he gave us a quote for an additional $500 to clean the shower. It felt like a total up-sell. I called Angie's List and they refunded our money. I am now wary of the Big Deal because it can be used for either a bait and switch or you feel like you are constanly being upsold.

Brian did a wonderful job. The floors that he did looked so great that we had him back and do the floors in another area. My comment to him was that I wish I had done this 10 years ago. The floors look amazing. You can tell that Brian loves his work and is very knowledgeable about stones - limestone, granite and marble.

One reason we really like Absolute Stone Polishing is that Brian takes the time to explain what he's doing during each step of the process. He also spent some time teaching us ways to preserve marble counters from years of wear and tear. He recommended a sealant that was moderately priced, but will last us many, many years.

This work was contracted through a coupon offer - the technician arrived on time, carefully and thoroughly explained the process. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and left us a bottle of sealer to use for touchups as needed (extra cost as I recall, but well worth it). The counter tops look wonderful and have up very well since the work was done.

Appt went well and quote was received. Decided to go with another company for this service.

I would recommend this company. The work was excellent but it is not inexpensive. This is a case of you get what you pay for.
