I use Jim every year. I just call early in the spring for an appointment and they show up. Would not use any other window cleaner.

They were here promptly. They called me back right away, set up a time promptly and he did a very good job and did a little extra for me with no extra charge. I was very pleased. I can't get up and scrub anymore like I used to. They only do power washing once every two weeks and set up a whole day of power washing versus windows. I think I had to wait three weeks for an opening but that was fine. They were very courteous. They just left a bill. They didn't even bother me because it was 8 am. I did go out and talk to him while he was here. He was right on time and got everything done faster than I anticipated. I would definitely call them back again.

They are just great. I have used them before and will continue to stick with them. They treat my home with respect. They do a very good job. They clean my screens and adjust my blinds. I will be using them again in the fall. They do a complete job.

They always have a positive attitude and work hard while they are here. They were willing to discuss special requests and circumstances with more than satisfactory solutions. In the past we have had others willing to do this work for less money, but the price 20/20 charges is fair and well worth it for the quality of their work and the ease of working with them. I anticipate being a "regular".

It went very well. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. They arrived on time. They did a thorough job of cleaning the driveway and applying the sealer. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They make sure that they have foot protection on when they come in the house. They're careful with my belongings. They're very thorough. They take off my screens and clean the window sills. They clean the inside and outside of the windows and it's streak free. The job that they do is awesome.

I live in a three story town house and there's no way I'm cleaning the windows myself. They are very easy to work with. They put the footie things on their feet. They do a great job.

They gave an estimate over the phone based on the number of widows.

We've had 20/20 clean our windows for about 10 years. This was the first time they'd worked on our new house, though, so they had to prepare a new estimate. Everything went well: the price was a bit cheaper than in our previous, larger house; the service date was scheduled and adhered to; and the workers were friendly and professional--but then they always are. The windows on this particular house had not been cleaned in four years and were pretty wretched. As a result, the cleaning made it appear that we went from having really dirty windows to having no windows at all. They were *that* clean. (I'm old enough to consider crystal-clear windows to be one of life's fundamental joys.)

They did an excellent job. They were very thoughtful and professional. I will definitely use them again the future.

They were unable to complete the work but they were very professional and honest in their assessment and their communication.

Karen at 20/20 is who I dealt with to schedule the service. She is very nice and helpful. She understands how life works . . . I had to reschedule a couple times before they were able to come out. She was very helpful over the phone in getting things scheduled and rescheduled as needed.

They clean the spider webs for me, they move furniture out of the way to get behind and clean up, sometimes they do part of the house windows and come back to complete. They are very prompt, do exactly what they say they are going to do, and they are just perfect. I have been very pleased with their work!

They were great. Windows cleaned perfectly, in a timely manner. 2 workers did whole house in about 1 1/2 hours. We have a lot of windows, they had to get on a tall ladder and on the roof.

This company was very easy to work with and schedule the job.. the original date had to be rescheduled due to rain and they took care of this in a friendly and helpful manner. The only thing I might have wanted was to have the window wells cleaned a little more since we have had construction in the area. The young man was very professional and experienced at his job. As our home had more windows than what the special allowed, we needed to pay for the extra windows. We were very happy with the job and will arrange to have 20/20 come out again.

We were very pleased overall. The work was done under a "Big Deal" offer through Angie's List. At first, it looked like what I paid for the Big Deal was more than what the cost of the work would actually be, since we only wanted a few of our windows cleaned. Karen in the 20/20 office even suggested that we may want to cancel the Big Deal and just pay the (lower) amount for the work we wanted done. In the end, though, we had our basement windows and chandelier cleaned as well, which evened out the cost. There was a slight misunderstanding when the workers actually arrived re.: whether or not the chandelier was to be cleaned in addition to the windows. Ultimately, a worker came out on another day that was convenient for us to clean just the chandelier. Again, Karen was very helpful in working all of this out. I had always been hesitant to pay to have our windows cleaned- I mean, they're just going to get dirty again, right?! But in the end they looked so nice that I am sure we will do it again, and use 20/20 again, too.

They are just very good and very efficient. They are very good and I will use them every year. I will use their services again in the future.

They showed up on time, did their work, and finished after they stopped to pet our dog.

20/20 Window Cleaning did an excellent job as always. We were please to find 20/20 was offering Angie's List " Big Deal" program as this saved us money. We would have used 20/20 for our window cleaning even without the Big Deal because we have always been satisfied with their service.
