I've used them for 20 years. It's the same group of guys who do it every time and they do the windows in tandem, one guy in, one guy out. They leave a streak.

I had to keep telling them. They were timely and the guys were very professional and very nice. I think the guy had just bought the franchise so he was new at doing it so I think just given time he would be a lot better. They are coming back soon do do the outside windows.

They called me back after I called and left a message. I've used them in the past and it was comfort level why I chose them again.

They did all right, but not as good a job as in the past. One of the bench legs broke while being moved and this was never brought to my attention. I probably could have gone without treating the floor on the screened in porch--it ended up being kind of gummy as the original treatment hadn't weathered as much as the deck had. But no one picked up on that and made that recommendation. There was some light overspray onto my patio. I didn't end up pursuing this, but still thought it was a little sloppy. Overall, I wasn't as happy with their work as I have been in the past.

Absolutely wonderful! We have been with 20/20 for many years. Joe (owner) & his co-owner wife Amy for scheduling) are the best of the best in window cleaning exterior or interior ... bar none! Joe could actually be called Mr. Clean and Amy could be called The Great Communicator & Scheduler. They both have outstanding people skills and Joe is gurrrate with any kind of an uncleaned window ... they're that good!

This is a very well structured company coordinated by Joe & and his wife Amy. Joe runs the work crew and Amy takes care of the books and appointments. We've had other window cleaning crews here at our home but this 20/20 Company led by Joe and his able wife Amy and wonderful crew are the best in the Indianapolis area bar none. They are absolutely terrific. Clean, efficient, and very professional. Joe sets the tone by being a people's person with the utmost respect for his clients and the welfare of his crew. Joe is pleasant to work with and is as fair and straight forward .as they come ... another bar none.! A definite throw back to the time when a worker would treat the job as if it were his own. This window cleaning company has been awarded numerous Angies List service awards ... this is why! They are very gooood!

I have used them every year. They are professional, responsive, on time, and they treat my home with respect. They are in and out very quickly.

My house and windows were filthy because an entire housing addition was built directly behind it and 2 new houses were built across from it. I waited two years to have the work done until the construction was finished. The man who did the inside windows was very professional and friendly. He was very thorough. I have used them to wash my Windows before. This is the first time I have had them power wash my house. Everything looks great.!

Prompt, efficient professional and awesome! Have used them and only them for 9 years and have never been disappointed. There are other services , like gutters and power washing, I did not use this time but have in the past and I would never consider using any other company.

Excellent service. They always show up on time, very good about putting down clothes to ensure that there is no water damage to our floor.

They came on a rainy day and wanted to reschedule however I was having a party that weekend and wanted the windows done before the event. They agreed to do the inside that day and come back the next day to do the outside. That sounded great! They completed the inside very fast and did come back the next day, again completing the work very fast. I soon realized they had not done a thorough job, the inside sills were still very dirty and I could tell some of the screens, especially in the basement, had not even been removed. In fact, I don't think the basement windows were cleaned at all! On a positive note, the office was very friendly and responsive, they sent someone right away and I stayed with him to point out all of the missed areas. He did do a good job, however, I would not use them again as I don't want to have to hover over them in order for them to do a good job.
