The work they did was very well done. It has helped extend the life of the drive by sealing out water and despite the overwhelming response they had from the special offer, it was completed in a reasonable period after contacting them for a quote.

Excellent communication with the office--phoned us when the job(s) would be performed (including updates on rain delay), and after completion to be sure we were satisfied. Joe did an excellent job on all our projects, we were especially pleased with the outcome of the deck restoration and exposed aggregate clean/seal. Thank you for an excellent job! We have used 20/20 for many years to wash our windows. We will continue to use them for all services, and highly recommend them for their overall outstanding service.

e It was a very rainy spring so Joe had a job trying to get the services done on any kind of schedule. He came out on the 19th and power washed everything. The wood looked all fresh and new. But it kept raining, so the wood couldn't dry out, and staining had to be postponed several times. There isn't anything you can do about the weather, and Joe did worry about his clients. However, it is done now, and looks great! Joe used a combination of methods to apply the stain to the various elements of the deck and enclosure, spray, roller and brush. He did a very thorough job to ensure that the sealer was applied evenly and he got all sides of the stiles. I'm not used to the water beading up and laying there after a rain as it does now. Seems to stay forever! Thank you Joe and team. See you when its time to wash the windows again.

Company showed up on time, work was completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied.

they arrived on time and went about their business one working upstairs and the other downstairs. they took approx 2-3 hrs and did a great job the windows are the cleanest we have seen them in over 25 years. both the guys were polite courteous and just worked

Joe came out and did an estimate and I then called and made an appointment for the cleaning. Due to recent weather, there was a little over a week's wait, but I was in no hurry. Austin and Rob arrived promptly and did just what was asked. The windows look beautiful! They even cleaned the outside of a hard to reach window up under the eaves that I am not certain has ever been cleaned. When they were done, they gave me an update on the condition of the windows and screens. I am more than happy with the service and will call again for window cleaning.

I have had them out several times to clean my windows. They have great customer service and my windows never have any streaks. Every window is sparkling clean. We will continue to use them in the future.

When we first called to set up appointment we were put off as they were busy doing window cleaning. We were told it would be a 3 day process. First they would pressure wash, then the concrete would have to dry for a day and the third day the sealant would be applied and would also need the rest of the day to dry. We would not be able to use the driveway from start to finish. It got to be fall so we called again and they kept putting us off. Finally they called and wanted to come the next day. They did the process all in one day instead of 3. The sealant didn't last 6 months. We have used them for windows and have been pleased but would not use them again for the driveway. 5/6/13. After this review I received a call from Karen, Office Mgr at 20/20. She was very nice and said that Joe & Jim wanted to make us happy customers. She said that Joe would come out and look at our driveway and talk to us about what they could do to make this right. Joe cam today and said that they had used a new product when they did our driveway and that they no longer used that product due to problems with it. He offered to redo the driveway with a different product. We agreed. He said that Karen would call us with a date. He was very pleasant and thorough with his explanations. When the driveway is done I will update further.

Did very high quality work, would high again in a heartbeat.

I responded to a Big Deal in 2011, which was my first experience with 20/20. They did an excellent job, much better that I could have don with no streaks, and completed it very quickly. I was so pleased that I called them to come out again this past December 2012 when I noticed that the little sunlight that we had was creating a glare on my dirty windows. I called to make the appointment and both times Karen, who answered the phone, was friendly and courteous. She set me up with an appointment which was reasonably quick considering the demand of the Big Deal. Evidently I am one of the few who call them back after a discounted service, but I am happy to say that the value is reasonable with or without a "big deal." The guys (Jim? Joe?) came out and got to work and with in a very short time for all those windows, the job was done! I recommend this company to whomever asks about what services I hire out. I will use them again for window cleaning, and have scheduled them to power wash and clean and stain my deck as well as power wash my fence, and the aggregate patio and seal it. I will write another happy review when that job is complete, when the weather allows. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with their work. A lot of other people in the neighborhood use them as well.

He came out and did all the windows. He did a very good job. He cleaned my screens which I was pleased about because it was in the summer time.

It was a Big Deal that we purchased. They were very responsive. We had to delay for a while and they accommodated our needs and checked up on everything. They were very good. We would use them again.

They arrived promptly and actually went out of their way to accomadate my needs on very short notice. They were dressed professionally, wore booties on their shoes so as not to get dirt on my rugs, covered any hardwood that would be exposed to water from the cleaning, wiped down all window screens in my garage so that no extra dirt went back into my home. The windows were streak free as were the light fixtures. This company is very dependable and does an outstanding job. I trust them in my home and would not hesitate to allow them access even if I was not home.

They were very easy to work with and we are happy with their service.

I called to make the appointment, and the receptionist had our information ready and told me when they would begin the service. I wasn't worried about when, just that the leaves on our fairly wooded lot would be down. The crew arrived around 9:00 on a weekend day after the leaves from the large oak in the neighbor's yard were down. You would think they drove by the house and checked! They were finished within and hour. This can be a fairly messy job, and our house is quite tall with a lot of windows. There was no evidence of the crew being there, except all the leaves were out of our gutters and even off of our deck. The leaves were bagged and were sitting on the curb for pickup on Monday. We love 20/20 and will call them again and again.

They were late, but had called ahead of time and made the extra effort to keep their appointment even though they had run into a lot of weather-related complications on their earlier jobs that day. I was the last one on the schedule and I appreciated their faithfulness to come in spite of the day's challenges. They worked quickly and still did an excellent job cleaning my windows. I've always been happy with their work. This is the third year I've had them come.

When I call 20/20 they have a record of our needs and they are quick to schedule an appointment. They have always been on time and are professional in going about their job. We have been so pleased with the work that they have done and will continue to call them in the future.

Their service worked out well. We really enjoyed them. We have used them repeatedly and they have always done a nice job. They clean up well and complete the work quickly. They seem to be very good at what they do.

Joe ,the owner, arrived precisely on time, gave a detailed price prior to the work being done and did an outstanding job. The windows were heavily soiled due to construction of a housing addition next door. He used a drop cloth to keep from soiling the carpet and worked quickly and efficiently. It's such a pleaure to enjoy the view again. I especially liked the fact that windwos and screens were included in the price. It made it easy to make a decision. Joe was very professional and friendly.

There was some confusion on whether or not they would remove the screens, but they did that for us, which was nice.

They do an excellent job cleaning my windows. They are extremely neat and clean and bring all of their own supplies. They are always prompt and very polite. I would highly recommend them to others and will continue using them in the future.

20/20 is a great company to work with. They were timely and did a great job on the deck staining. Even worked on Saturday to stai n deck due to rain earlier in week. I have used them before on windows and as usual did a perfect job! They are always careful with flooring below windows. Also wiped out window sills. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.
