Description of Work: This is a follow up review to a review that I wrote on 10/27/2016. Joe who is the owner has a very talented long time assistant by the name of Brandon. On 10/29 I called Joe and left a message on his recorder if possibly during the coming week and he is in the area could he stop by our house with one of his extension ladders and caulk some holes in our siding that a Woodpecker had left. Within 10 minutes I got a personal call from Brandon. This is on a Saturday afternoon. Brandon came by 30 minutes later with his ladder and took care of the holes with some caulk and caulking gun that I left for him. I thanked Brandon and paid him for his kind effort for caulking the 10-15 Woodpecker holes in our siding. All this was possible because of owner Joe came to the rescue and took good care of one of his many customers, This is one of the reasons why this company is a Super Service Award recipient year after year.
