I can say anything bad about them. They came in and did the job. They were efficient. I requested them from the company so that I will not have any problems. I would hire them again. They showed up and did the job. The price is in line with everybody else. They were on time, very punctual.

Went very well. The company did a thorough job & were very neat. They wore protective shoe coverings while in the house & my floors stayed clean.

I have used this company a few times in the past. I usually have them clean the inside if the windows once and the outside twice a years. The technicians know exactly what they are doing and always put everything back exactly the way I had it. They are very efficient and do a beautiful job. They are also very accommodating and show up right as scheduled. Pricing is fair and worth every penny.

They arrive right on time, are professional and friendly. Did everything to my satisfaction (and I'm picky). Have used them in the past and will continue to use their services. They do our gutters in the fall as well.

Responded to my request quickly. Sent a person to verify the work and schedule the work in 2 sessions. Siding and deck first. Windows second. Very professional, they're work was very good. Would hire again.

Upon request they even cleaned my two-story front entrance glass-paned hanging fixture! Pointed out window pane that needed replacement due to broken thermal seal, and screens that were worn out. Will definitely use again.

They did an excellent job! When they came inside they wore booties so that they didn't track on my carpets, which I did appreciate because our house is on the market.

The way our phone call of inquiry was handled, was impressive. Making the appointment was easy. One of the workers was the owner, I believe. They were very pleasant and did an excellent and thorough job, like they really took pride in their work. The windows hadn't been done a while on the upper level and so they were quite dirty. When asked, he even gave a secret as to what they used to clean the windows!

Both jobs went great. the deck and tub needed a lot of cleaning; they matched the colors of what it was originally, including a custom mix for the hot tub, the windows were done expertly. I wish I had the concrete done sooner; it really looks great. Jobs were by different crews on different days, and both times they were on-time and finished on schedule.

They are very punctual, they dress professionally. They show care and concern about the property. They do a great job!

Everything went well. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Becasue the cost was so reasonalbe with the deal, it was worth the money. I don't know if I would use 20/20 again and pay full price. The work was good but I have paid less with other window cleaners.

They washed all my windows inside and out. They took all screens out and wiped them down as well. They did a great job and my windows look much better.

They did a great job. I could not inspect the second story gutters because they are too high but the window cleaning looks great.
