Jim promptly returned my call and provided an estimate the same day. We were able to get me on the schedule within three days. Jason did the work. He was polite, called when he knew he would be a few minutes late, and was done within the approximate time frame quoted. Was friendly, efficient and did a neat job. I would use them again.

All work was completed in a professional and courteous manner.

What a fantastic company. They had a very reasonable price and very prompt. The windows were VERY dirty but not a problem. They are absolutely sparkling clear.

They were excellent! They fully explained what was needed and then completed a day ahead of schedule. The color came out exactly as I wanted and recent rains have ''beaded'' as expected. (Deck was recently re-decked by ''Deck Works'', who I got from Angie's List, and BOTH selections were top notch!)

Cleaning was thorough, application of the preservative was even, the wood well saturated, the deck looks great and we expect it to for some time to come! Jim even came back a couple of days after the job was done to see how it looked and to be sure we were satisfied!

Great job. Cleaned all windows and skylights including screens-and everything was sparkling. Reasonable price, on time, no mess. They also pressure washed my wooden deck furniture and did a great job without affecting deck (which I didn't need pressure washed).

Very responsive in providing an estimate. Price was the same as others, but only with their Angies List discount. Chose another firm, but mainly by a flip of the coin. May use next time just to try them out.

Including my Angie's List coupon, they charged me $208. My windows have never looked so good. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Jim, owner, sent one of his guys out to clean our windows. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the cleaning of the tracks. I called Jim, let him know and he came back out and cleaned the tracks himself. They were very cautious about not getting dirt on our floor. They even wore little booties over their shoes. I am happy with my clean windows and appreciate the way Jim handled the job.

Was able to work in this small job at less than their normal minimum job price.

They do a superb job and are very trustworthy people. We use them year after year.

Would definitely use them again. They were prompt for both the estimate and the day they did the work and they were finished in about 90 minutes. The light fixture is in a 2 story foyer and very fragile but they did a great job on it for only $30 extra.
