Jim came out to give us an estimate soon after I initially called. The estimate seemed reasonable, and we made an appointment. On the appointed day and time, two men arrived and worked quickly and efficiently. All the windows were done well, and we were very pleased with the result. I would definitely use 20/20 again.

They did really good! I will have them again in the future.

I contacted 20/20 on a Thursday in October about getting an estimate for window and gutter cleaning. Within 2 days I had the estimate and had scheduled the work for mid-November, after the leaves were down. Even though I had no contact with the company after scheduling the work weeks earlier, the 2 man crew showed up as requested and on time. After a quick walk around the house the crew moved their equipment inside and began the cleaning. They were very courteous and professional, wearing shoe covers at all times while inside the house. After having many workers at my house over the past few years, it was a pleasant surprise to not hear a boom box blaring while they worked. You wouldn't have known they were there at all other than the leaf blower outside. I wish there were more companies who operate like this!

I thought they we very well organized. They were on time and efficient. They did not wipe out the window sills, which I would have expected. Overall I would say they were good.

It was excellent and I will definitely use them again. They were able to accommodate my schedule and even made a note not to ring the bell when they came because my husband works second shift and would be sleeping. We were having company for Thanksgiving and had our windows scheduled to be washed the day before. It was raining and because the tech knew we were having company, rather than coming back another day, he sat in his truck until there was a break in the rain and then started washing the outside windows again. I know this made the process take much longer than normal, but the extra service was truly appreciated.

The owner quoted the job one week, and the windows were cleaned the next week. My home is almost 100 years old, and has storm windows. They were very dirty from remodeling and hadn't been cleaned in two years. Their quote was also the most reasonable of the two quotes I received.

As usual, Jim and his company 20/20 did a fantastic job. Our deck is very hard to do because it hangs over a creek. He always is very careful about getting the underside just right and is very particular about the color that we want. He is prompt; friendly and does outstanding work. We have been ripped off a couple of times with other companies so it was the best thing that ever happened to us and our deck! I would recommend Jim's deck work to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price.

The work and workmen were professional and the results were on time and outstanding. We certainly plan on using them again.

I contacted Jim after researching his company on Angie's List. Jim returned my call within an hour and came out the next day for my estimate. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. His estimate was very competitive, less than what I had paid in the past. We scheduled for all exterior windows, outdoor lights, and a few indoor windows to be cleaned. The afternoon they were to arrive, Jim called to say that there had been a previous job that taken much longer than anticipated. Jim offered to send someone to get the interior work done so I wouldn't have to book another day to be home. I agreed. They were there quickly and did my interior windows and we re-scheduled for the exterior. The work was completed on the exterior windows and all exterior lighting. I requested that my garage interiors be done after I had scheduled and Jim was very accommodating. What a delight to have such clean windows! I would highly recommend Jim's company. The guys were great. I'll use them again!!

They've always been great, fast and reliable. They always clean up when they're done, and are very good about communicating cost and time frame.

The actual work was done in Sept., 2006. After one year we will have to have it refinished again. The pressure washing was fine, the deck had not been treated for 2 years when Jim gave an estimate. I picked the color from samples, Jim had said it was the first year using this product. It had rained overnight when he was scheduled to paint/ stain the deck. His moisture meter said it was OK to stain deck. They completed the deck, the product seemed to be more "reddish" than expected, but it was OK. Wind blew stain onto windows and window ledges and trim, I offered drop cloths, but they did not accept them. I thought they were rather sloppy at times; the stain developed "white" or "grey " lines over the entire deck and "White" splotches. Jim came back to say it was "dirt" and nothing he could do. Another company called indicated it was applied when it was too wet. I would not recommend the product and question the work.

Eric and Joe arrived on time (8:00 am ), were clean and attractive in appearance, and began work. They worked efficiently, did an excellent job, and departed about 11:30am. Joe identified some areas of paint chipping that need attention by another contractor. I have used 20/20 before and Jim has done an excellent job with his crew. They are courteous and I feel comfortable having them in my home doing work.

Work was done quickly. Workman was clean, pleasant and efficient. There were a few smudges left on some windows - would have liked to have had a chance to inspect and resolve those. Pretty minor issue though.

Great job, good price. Competitive and I plan to use them next year.

The owner of the company was very, very professional. He didn't do the work himself but, he has good employees. His father (the owner's father) goes out & does the estimating but his son (the owner) runs the company.

They are wonderful. They are very timely. It's a great price.

Jim called me the same day I inquired about their window cleaning service and came out to do an estimate within 1-2 days. He completed the job while I was at work, and I couldn't tell he was here except for the clean windows.

This company is great. This is the second time we have used their services and I cannot say enough about them. It is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with and my windows never looked better. I also found the price to be extremely reasonable. Jim is wonderful to work with...he provides excellent customer service. This is the only window cleaning company I will ever use.
