I "hired" my nephew a couple of years ago and he did not do a very good job. Jim's crew was trying to clean up that mistake. Jim took the time to call me to tell me what my options were and came up with a great solution which involved him going to a local hardware store and buying the same kind of stain that had been previously used. It was extra work and time in telling me everything, but he explained in great detail the results I could expect. There were no surprised and I am very pleased.

They were very good. Got the windows done fast. The windows were clean and there was no streaks. The workers were polite and easy to work. They came and did what they need to do and cleaned up after them selves when they were done.

The windows were not very good. I feel they used bad cleaning solutions. They did not clean the sills at my request. They missed some windows as well. The gutters were cleaned well and the deck staining went well, also. However, I have never used a company whose owner cared so much about customer service. They came back out and redid the work, and did a great job.

They gave me an estimate, showed up on time and did an excellent job of getting all windows clean and sparkling!! The service men (Jason and Aaron) were clean, professional and very polite. These windows were in my great aunt's house and had not been washed for 11 years. They were filthy and these two guys made them look like new windows. No spots at all!!! I could not have asked for more.

I have never priced out anyone else because there is no price that can be put on professionalism, quality of the contractors that do the work, friendliness of the contractors, care and concern for my home they give it while inside cleaning the windows etc. Jim is wonderful about returning phone calls and meeting my needs and time frame.
