They did a very good job and I've hired them before. They did what I requested!

Their prices are reasonable. They were thorough, neat, and punctual. This was the third time that I have used them this year.

I love. I use them quarterly. They come in with one person that comes in to do an entire house as opposed to bringing in a whole crew. The windows are spotless when they are done. It is not overwhelming. It is like they are not ever here. They put everything back. It is very professional. When you call you speak to the owner, so there is a level of responsibility there.

They were really scrupulous and took a lot of pride in doing a good job. They went to a lot of extra trouble to make sure there wasn't a lot of over spray and to get places that were not easy to overlook. They were pretty insistent on getting it right. The price was competitive. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They did have some weather problems but that was not their fault.

They did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent! I do remember that Jim was very polite, personable and prompt in supplying us with the estimate. We did get at least two other estimates and 20/20's was not only the most reasonable but also had superb reviews from other happy clients. The work was done very well, efficiently and professionally. We didn't have the windows cleaned this summer (unfortunately) as we budgeted for other household projects, but will definitely be hiring 20/20 again in the spring of 2012. We were very satisfied.

They have done a great job and I have referred them to many of my friends who are also pleased. They also do two huge mirrors and a big chandalier and do a very good job.

Job went fine. Did have to wait for time slot then it was delayed because the person assigned was ill. Owner made sure that the job was completed. Very satisfied with the results.

They arrived within the time frame scheduled, were friendly, professional and thorough. Our windows were filthy, and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time with lots of spiderwebs in between the storm windows. They now look great. The only thing I suggest they could do differently is to wear the protective shoe coverings while indoors to protect carpet.

After I submitted the request for an estimate via internet, I received a phone call from Karen within 48 hours and the estimate was provided that same day. The owner, Jim, telephoned me after leaving the estimate at my door which was much appreciated. Due to high volume, 20/20 was not able to schedule my job for 7 weeks out but I was pleased with my initial interactions with Jim and Karen so I agreed to wait 7 weeks. The two gentlemen who washed the windows arrived as promised. All but one window was cleaned as one window had wasps and I did not have wasp spray so the window could not be washed; I might recommend that they keep a can of wasp spray in their trucks in case needed. Upon conclusion of the job, Jim telephoned me to tell me that they could not clean the gutters as my gutters were screwed in and Jim readily acknowledged that he missed that detail when he was doing the estimate; Jim was very apologetic for missing this detail. At payment time, I was charged for all windows and needed to remind the gentleman to make the adjustment for the one window not cleaned. The thoroughness of the job was less than perfect and it was disappointing that I waited so long and did not get my gutters cleaned. They did not replace my patio furniture to its original position.

I was very happy with this company. They have a very polite and professional appointment setter. The two gentleman that came out were clean cut, polite and professional. I balked a little bit at the $90.00 minimum service charge but after I saw how much work it was to get the downspout apart as well as the ever present danger of an unwanted 20 foot swan dive into the deck below I feel it was money well spent.

Jim came out to give us an estimate shortly after we called. We had used 20/20 previously, were satisfied with the estimate, and so we scheduled the work. Joe showed up early on the scheduled morning, discussed what his approach would be, and started the work. He was done in a couple hours and the siding and patio look great! The price was $20 less than the estimate because of an Angie's List coupon.

I was satisfied with their work and they were prompt.

Eric came on time and he had with him a pair of the cover slips for his shoes. He made sure he didn't track anything into my home. He did a terrific job with each window on the inside and made sure that the curtains were put back in place. He then cleaned all of the outside windows to perfection. He even cleaned my porch light. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Their fee was more than reasonable. My windows truly have a sparkle to them.

I have always used 20/20 from Angies list they are dependable,always on time and do an expert job in all areas.
