Great. They are the first company I call for remodeling and help with projects that are too big for do-it-yourself.

Tom and his crew were knowledgeable, thorough, creative, and attentive to details. They thoughtfully handled both the planned tasks as well as the unexpected. They were familiar with and respectful of the age, construction and character of the house. I appreciated that they kept me informed and sought my input when needed. Everybody was a pleasure to work with; talented, polite, and as neat as these messy tasks allowed. At the end of each day trash was removed, and tools and materials were stacked out of the way. Although Tom had other larger jobs going on at the same time, he never slighted my job in time or attention. There were different aspects of this project occurring simultaneously and Tom stayed on top of all of them. I can?t say enough good things about Pearson Construction! I absolutely will use them again.

Tom's design and proposal were great. We ultimately decided not to the project because of the economic uncertainty. However, if the climate had been different, we likely would have engaged Tom and his firm to do the job. We would not hesitate to recommend him and his firm to anyone.

In the past, Tom has done extensive work on my home and my mother and father's house. On EVERY occasion, Tom and his crew have done an awesome and outstanding job! He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in every aspect of the construction business. He is professional but very nice at the same time. He really cares and takes pride in his work. He has great ideas which we incorporated into the various projects we had done. Tom, as well, is very cost conscious and attentive to someone's budget. The people who work for him are also very experienced in the construction business. I could leave my house and not worry about anything. They always cleaned up their mess each day before they left. From the time Tom came out to give me an estimate to the completion of the job, he listened and checked to make sure he understood and was doing what I wanted. He took careful measurements and made drawings, and then he and his colleagues were meticulous in their framing. Equal care was giving to the pouring and finishing of the concrete. During the job they were careful of landscaping and left things neat at the end of each day. The steps are magnificent. And nearly every time I am in my front yard someone stops to compliment them. I couldn?t be happier with this project.

Very well. Tom provides excellent service to his customers. He made sure all of the repairs were taken care of, and that any parties responsible for the faulty plumbing were held accountable.

They were great from the start. Great price, showed up when promised, great coordination, cleaned up daily, did what they said they would do. Men were friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely looks wonderful!

Tom was very helpful with the initial estimate of what work needed to be done. The crew that did the framing and drywall were very professional. They were very friendly, patient and helpful with any questions that I had.

Major remodel over fall winter and spring. Excellent well-managed, responsive vendors. Quality architech. Master cabinet maker. Courteous, professional staff worked everyday until job was done. Workmanship is outstanding. Builder was available and responsive by cell phone or email.

We ran into complications right at the beginning. One of our finger systems from our septic needed to be moved, but Tom knew the right man for the job and accomplished this task very efficiently. Tom's architect (Lee) was superb in bringing our dreams to reality. Lee had many ideas we would never have dreamed of. The entire job took 4 months, but Tom remained on budget (we added a few things along the way which we knew would add to the cost) and finished on time. Tom's crew (Doyle, Jeremy, Maggie, and Patrick) became part of the family. We miss their daily arrival. We also became very well acquainted with the subcontractors (Matt - the electrician, Kim - the plumber, Brad - the cabinetmaker, and Rick - the flooring guy) and they were all super to work with. We really appreciated the fact that Tom let us do much of the demolition work ourselves so we could save a little money. We also joined right in with the crew when we did all of our own staining of the doors and woodwork. Tom's mission was to make the new room look like it always was part of the original house and boy did he accomplish this. He matched the brick perfectly on the outside and the seamless integration from the inside was superb. The kitchen, master bath, and fireplace exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire Tom and his crew to do future work.

He is now doing an outdoor deck. My experience with them has been excellent. He is just very personable. I think he is really concerned about doing the right thing.

Fantastically. Great care was taken on both the internal structure, to solidly integrate with and extend the existing wall, and external appearance of the new wall from inside and outside -- clean appearance of new framing and drywall inside, and well-blended landscaping and wall appearance outside. Tom is "Mr. Safety", who over-did the bracing and support of existing structure to ensure exterior brick work above would not be disturbed; no settling or cracks in it anywhere! Tom's crew is not only very skilled at doing first rate work, but also very professional, personable, and just easy to interact with. It appears he has picked them carefully over time to reflect his own attitude toward top-quality everything. Hard to find crews like that; we'll be using them for all future remodeling projects.

Great. From start to finish, Tom is very professional and communicates very well with the owner and all the subs. He finished on budget and on time. The quality of the work definitely exceeded our expectations.

They did a great clean up job. They were very aware of drywall dust and other things that cause things to get dirty. They were very prompt and straight forward about everything.

We started working with Tom in January, he came to our home and we immediately liked him. He is very genuine and easy to work with. We had a vision and he helped us to make it reality. This was a long process for us because we did a lot of research on various products and floor plans and Tom was very patient throughout all our decision making. We knew we wanted Tom for the structural work and he was willing to work with us and allow us the time we needed to get all our ducks in a row! All of his employees and sub contractors are excellent. They are truly pleasant and very professional. It is a rare accomplishment to have numerous subcontractors and all of them be quality craftsmen. The electrician spent more time with us than any of the other subs and he is a great guy and really knows his craft, as do they all. Going through a remodel is not easy but being surrounded by good people makes it easier. We appreciate Tom and his people and would refer him to anybody interested in remodeling, designing or building.

Tom used his full-time crew to frame and finish the new room. He engaged and managed sub-contracted crews for roofing, painting, electrical, heating and cooling, etc. They were very good crews and did excellent work. Tom's general contracting expertise was quite evident in the sub-contracting phase as it was in the general construction phase, to be sure. In knowing who he could depend on and who would do quality work he added additional value to the work he performed for us. We are exceptionally pleased with every aspect of the job he completed for us. Very well done!

Wonderful to work with. Tom was very pleasant and his crew was on time and efficient. It took about a month total for all the work to get completed but some of that time was waiting for the windows to be delivered. I am very pleased with the whole job.

He is very efficient, honest, helpful, cost conscious, easy to get a hold of, very personable and really knows what hes doing. I cant say enough about him. Also, his workers worked extremely hard and were very nice.

The job went well from bidding to completion. The work areas were clean at the end of each day. The crew was very professional.

Tom Pearson agreed, with reservation, to help me. The winter weather was approaching and the columns delivery would take 3-4 weeks. I had requested a Historical Society compliance approval. Dennis, Tom's lead guy picked it up for me at City County Building. The crew, 4 guys, arrived on time and the roof was raised and columns removed. Measurements were taken and saws were buzzing the pedestals were made. The round "donuts" were made off site and finally all pieces were ready to assemble...NINE separate pieces make up this column. Railings were attached and secured. Due to the weather rain, sleet, snow and very cold temps kept this job delayed several days on and off....but the crew stayed in touch and finally we were finished. Very happy with the results and I know I chose the right company. Several companies would not try to replicate the historical requirements. Thanks Tom and Denis and your crew for the great job.

Wonderful plans drawn up for the remodel, and he is doing a super job.

The guys were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They basically had to prop up the roof to do the job and there were no side effects. They also did a very good job of cleaning up their mess over the four days that they did the work at the end of the day. They were very good workers that stayed on the job and did it in a very timely manner. They held themselves to a very high standard.

Tom's estimate was detailed, unfortunately it was much higher than anticipated. We eventually did some of the work ourselves and hired a handyman to help out. This was a better fit for us.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished project. All of the work is of the highest quality. Tom and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everything that we asked for was accomplished and exceeded our expectations. His foreman, Doyle, kept us up to date on all progress. His custom cabinet maker built a beautiful bar which far exceeded the quality we would get elsewhere for the same price. His finish carpenter, Dennis, did a beautiful job on a built-in bookcase, custom handrails, and extensive trim throughout. The project was completed in 7 weeks and would have been completed sooner but for delays on our end in making selections. Also, they accommodated our request that they work from 7 am to 3 pm. We rec'd estimates from 3 highly-rated Angie's list companies. Tom was the only one that provided a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all costs. I would give Thomas J. Pearson the highest recommendation. When we do future remodeling, he is the only person we will call.

We could not be more pleased with the results! Tom is a top-notch professional- knowledgeable, talented and courteous. In the early stages, Tom's architect worked with us to bring out our envisioned design. Tom and his crew- Dennis, Magadaleno, Patrick and Doyle- are skilled workers who pay attention to detail and work hard. The new addition's exterior seamlessly matches our existing home.
