If it is not possible to complete your repair onsite we will return your equipment to our shop for service and return it to you as quickly as possible. Description of Work: Chris showed up at our door 20 minutes early. It was VERY cold outside but he performed not only the services we paid for but also a couple of additional items we asked him to do. Loved not having to load up the lawn mower and haul it off somewhere for service.

Description of Work: Excellent communication over phone. My push mower was in need of an oil change, blade shapening and spark plug/air filter replacement. I couldn't be at home during the day so I left my lawn mower on the back porch. The serviceman performed service on the scheduled day. When I got home I had a mower with fresh oil, a new spark plug and air filter, and a razor sharp blade. He left a card in a plastic bag attached to the mower thanking me for my business which I thought was nice. On the card he also listed the services he performed and the address where I could send payment. I thought $75 was a little expensive, but I definately got what I paid for. The convenience of not having to take my mower to a shop and back was worth it alone. I will be using this service every spring from now on.
