I have used this company many times in the past, earlier known as Mow Better and have always been very pleased, but I think this guy is #1 on my list.

+ 0 moreHe was prompt, courteous, professional and FAST. Put a tarp down, drained and filled the oil, replaced the sparkplug, sharpened the blades right there, cleaned up afterwards. The only complaint I have is this: For years my mower started easily, on the first (well, sometimes second) pull. Now, I have to pull five, six, seven times to start. Just a small inconvenience, but....

After looking at the mower, he determined that he would need to take the mower with him. My neighbor inquired about maintenance on his riding mower. Since he was not going to work on ours, he worked on the neighbors for a reasonable price. I do not recall the amount charged.

+ -1 moreNever showed for the scheduled appointments and the job was never completed. Service was paid upfront. Money was never refunded.
Description of Work: Paid for a tune up on my lawn mower. Payment was required upfront (to get the discount) and I had to schedule the appointment with the automated system. The company never showed for the appointment. They called the next day to say they were really busy and needed to reschedule. They also stated there would be additional cost. Obviously I was a little confused because they hadn't serviced or even looked at my mower yet. The gentleman went on to say there would be additional cost and to expect to spend more money. I decided to go ahead and schedule another appointment (2 days later). They never showed for the second appointment. They never called or refunded the money! Although the job is marked as complete on Angie's list?
