Description of Work: This was an Angie's List "Big Deal." Mow Better came to my home, which is much more convenient than me trying to take my mower to a dealer, which would involve disconnecting the handle and lifting the mower into a car, a 2-person job. He performed all the end-of-season winterizing, checking, cleaning, sharpening, etc. Of course, I won't know of any problems until spring, but as far as I can tell, he did everything a dealer would do.

Description of Work: Chris came out and sharpened my mower blades on my 52" heavy duty mower. He cleaned out underneath the deck and did not leave anything on my driveway. He drove my mower into his box truck and performed all the work there. Chris is so nice and polite.

Description of Work: I bought three big deals for tune-ups for my lawn mowers and snowblower. They were very responsive after purchase and worked with my calendar to set up a date and time to come do the service. Unfortunately I was not clear that one of my mowers was a 33inch walk-behind as that was another category of service. They offered to credit my deal toward that service and came back out on short notice and performed that service. Very thorough and was able to do everything that the shop does in less time and cost without having to leave my house. High recommendation.

Description of Work: They came to our home and gave our snow lower a tune-up. Every winter we fight to get our snow blower started when the first snow storm hits, and we deal.with the hassle of loading, and reloading the snow blower for winter. We had a great experience with Mow Better. They came on time, were efficient, friendly, and most of all saved us a lot of time and hassle!!
