Chris arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. He told me that although the blower was a classic, it would be fully operational. He then patiently explained how to use this, going step by step. I called him at home to ask a question and he was just as nice as he could be. I recommend Mow Better.

We have not had to use it since, but I'm sure it will work fine. Mow Better called immediately to schedule after I purchased the Big Deal. I don't usually like to purchase these deals because the companies get overwhelmed, but this was not the case with Mow Better. He came out when he said he would and did not leave a mess. Very nice people!

Great. On time and outstanding work!

As before, I left my snow blower and lawn mower behind my house. Chris then came during the day and looked over my snow blower as part of the Big Deal. He also evaluated my lawn mower to get it ready for storage over winter. I will pay him separately for the mower maintenance. This work was the 3rd or 4th time I have had Chris provide maintenance.

It went very well. I would normally do most of this myself, but after cost of materials and my time, running to the store, etc, this was a MUCH better option for the price. He was done within about 30 minutes and was an extremely nice guy. Cleaned up both the mower and snow blower as well before leaving. I gave this a shot because of an angie's list deal not knowing what to expect really, but now see myself doing it every year. I recommended him to a bunch of my neighbors as well.

Very professional scheduling and reminder calls with time estimate of arrival. I was only home for a minute before leaving for an appointment but I thought that the man who came from the company was one of the kindest people I have come across in a service setting. The work was done at our home and I will not only use his company's services again but would recommend him to everyone I know looking for similar services. Thank you to Angie's list for publishing his information and specials. Definitely just what I was searching for.

They do a great job and never have had a problem starting that the beginning of the season.

The provider showed up on time and completed the tune up on our snowblower as requested.

I usually change the oil/filter in my rider mower myself but this year I also wanted to change the blades. Since I couldn't get the old blades off myself, I hired Mow Better to do it plus the maintenance. I purchased a $59 Big Deal for the maintenance part of it. Since I had my own oil, filter, spark plugs, and blades, they gave me a break on the cost of replacing the blades (from $99 to $68.) Scheduling was very easy and quick, he arrived on time, and was very polite, thorough, and efficient. He also cleaned the underside of the mower of dried grass, etc., checked the mower for proper functioning, cleaned up afterwards, and was on his way. I definitely would be willing to hire Mow Better in the future.

I have used Chris Arvin of Mow Better for several years. He always cleans, tunes, and/or repairs my snow blower, and keeps it in perfect running condition. I have recommended him to both family and friends who need service on their lawn mowers and snow blowers. He is an extremely friendly, polite, and kind gentleman, who I recommend without any reservation. I'm always careful about suggesting people to do work at their home, but I would mention Chris immediately to anyone. He comes out to your home, and does all of the work in your driveway. Now that's a deal you can't beat. I'm extremely pleased, as usual.

Chris did another wonderful job of servicing and winterizing our push mower. Chris is always a pleasure to work with. He has been working on my lawn mower for about 15 years and I have always been very satisfied and impressed with his work. In fact I referred him to our neighbors and now he maintains mowers and snow blowers for about a dozen of them. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very affordable. I will be calling Chris as long as he is in the mower/snow blower business.

Service performed was very good. The fact that this is a mobile service is a big plus. It is difficult to transport equipment and then have to wait on it to be serviced. Instead this company comes to you and you get your equipment back when they leave.

Nothing dramatic. He pulled up in the driveway, pulled the snow blower out and worked out of the back of his truck. He recommended an additive for my 2-cylcle engine and stated that he used it for all of his small engines. I bought a bottle of it to use not only for my snow blower but also for my lawn mowers.

After purchasing a deal on Angie's List for Mow Better I emailed them about a date & time to come tune up our snowblower. Because they are only in my area on certain days & I couldn't be home that day I arranged a place to leave it for them to work on. . They came out on the appointed day & when I got home that night it was tuned up & ready for the winter. The staff at Mow Better are very professional & helpful. They also know their stuff & I wholeheartedly recommend them.
