He showed up right on time, and actually serviced the lawn mower in his truck which is very convenient because then I don't have to haul my lawn mower to him! He was able to fix the problem and went ahead and sharpened the blade. Very congenial and well mannered. I am satisfied 100% with the work that was performed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS TO ALL CONSUMERS.

Chris came to our home and fixed MANY things that were wrong with our snow blower. He did a great job and was very nice. We will have him service our mower this winter and will probably turn our lawn service over to him in the spring. Yes, we liked him that much!

Chris was great to work with. I called Chris on a Monday and he came the very next day. He didn't have the right belt with him (our mower is 12 years old and had to order it). He took our mower with him so he could fix it as soon as the belt came in and had it back to us on Saturday, which I thought was just fabulous. We'll definitely be using him again!

This company provides excellent service. My lawn mower had quit working on me, just when I needed it, and Chris was able to work me in the same day. He brought his portable workshop to my house, and had my mower tuned up and sharpened and ready for me to use in less than an hour. Flat price of $50 and to-your-door service is a great bargain.

I really like that he comes to your house to do the work, so you don't have to leave your tools somewhere. You can stand right there and watch him, he works out of a van and is totally equipped with everything. He is very helpful and kind, seems like a really decent person.

Chris was on time and did a nice job. I needed new wheels (which he doesn't carry), but he was willing to put on the ones I bought.

Chris (the owner and only employee) called me back the same day and was out to our house within a week (during a peak time period). On the phone he diagnosed the problem and when he came he had it fixed and running within 1 1/2 hrs. He was very kind and professional. When he scheduled, he gave us a 2 hour window and was here 5 min before that time started. We really appreciate that he comes to our house, does the work and we have our mower back and ready to use withing hours. There's no hassle with trying to get your mower to a shop and them keeping it for weeks! The price was very reasonable given that it includes at home service, parts, labor and a tune-up. We will, without hesitation, use Chris and Mow Better for all our equipment repairs!

PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY AND MOWER REPAIRED OVER THE WEEKEND, SO IT WAS READY FOR USE ON MONDAY. AS A SENIOR CITIZEN AND WIDOW, I APPRECIATED HIS CONCERN TO HELP ME AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

TERRIFIC. I HAVE USED THEM A FEW TIMES, AND THEY DO GREAT WORK AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. MY MOWER COMES BACK TO ME CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY GOT IT. GREAT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH MOW BETTER. CHRIS WAS ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CHRIS HAD TO ORDER A SPECIAL SELF-PROPEL CABLE FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO REPLACE OUR BROKEN ONE. WE DIDN'T REALIZE IT COULDN'T BE PURCHASED IN ANY STORES, BUT CHRIS HAD FIGURED THAT OUT AND HAD THE RIGHT ONE WHEN HE ARRIVED. THE WHOLE PROCESS ONLY TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES. WE WERE PLANNING TO TRANSPORT OUR MOWER TO ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT FOUND OUT THEY WOULD CHARGE 2-3 TIMES THE AMOUNT MOW BETTER WOULD CHARGE AND WOULD NEED TO KEEP OUR MOWER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS. THIS WAY WE WERE NEVER WITHOUT OUR MOWER AND IT LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN CHRIS WAS FINISHED. MOW BETTER WAS DEFINITELY THE WAY TO GO AND SO CONVENIENT!!

HE CAME ON SHORT NOTICE. I CALLED HIM FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND HE CAME ON SATURDAY MORNING. HE WAS ON TIME, WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. ESPECIALLY TO ANYONE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO TRANSPORT THEIR MOWER OR TRACTOR TO A SHOP!

ON TIME; EXCELLENT, QUICK, COMPLETE SERVICE. LAWNMOWER LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN HE WAS DONE.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONVENIENCE OF THE REPAIR TAKING PLACE AT OUR HOUSE. HE WAS ABLE TO ASK US QUESTIONS AND GIVE IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK ON THE CONDITION OF OUR MOWER. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH SMOKING THAT HE DIAGNOSED AS US OVER-FILLING THE OIL. HE DID AN OIL CHANGE AND REPLACED SPARK PLUGS ON THE MOWER. ALTHOUGH OUR BLADE WAS PRETTY DAMAGED, HE WAS ABLE TO RESHAPE AND SHARPEN THE BLADE. HE DIDN'T HAVE PARTS TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH THE SELF-PROPELLING FEATURE, BUT ADVISED US OF THE PROBLEM. OTHER THAN THAT, OUR MOWER IS WORKING WELL. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

HE CAME TO ME IN THEIR MOBILE VAN, HE FIXED A PROBLEM. HE WASN'T SURE IF THE FIX WOULD WORK BECAUSE OF A GASKET. SO, WHEN THE REPAIR DIDN'T WORK HE CAME BACK OUT AND REPLACED THE GASKET, AT NO CHARGE. I PURCHASED HIS LAWN SERVICE, AS WELL.

I TALKED TO CHRIS AT THE FLOWER AND PATIO SHOW. THE PRICE WAS SO REASONABLE THAT I SIGNED UP THEN. HE CALLED WITHIN A WEEK AND WE SCHEDULED A TIME. HE PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND DID ALL THE WORK IN HIS TRUCK. WITHIN 15-20 MINUTES, HE WAS DONE. I HAVE MOWED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE MOWER WORKS GREAT. CHRIS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND PERSONABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
