It was a pleasant experince. I found Mr. Arvn via Angie's list. I called and made an appointment. He came to my house a little early and I was in the process of mowing when he arrived. He offered to wait till I finished, but I saw it as an opportunity to do some house work indoors. He, Chris, and two other workers took my mower into their truck/portable shop, changed the spark plug, oil, filter and sharpened the blade. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I received my $10.00 discount that Mr. Arvin so kindly reminded me of. Chris returned the mower to the side yard and I completed my mowing.

Chris, the owner, was very nice on the phone and was able to schedule service within a couple of days. I left my mower out in my driveway, and it was fixed by the time I came home from work on my lunch hour. Since I drive a small car and have no way to transport a mower, it was wonderful to have someone come to my house to do the repairs.

EXCELLENT! They set up an appointment quickly for me. They gave me an hour time frame for when they would arrive, 4-5p. They arrived about 3:55p. Felt they were right on time. Very professional and got the job done quickly. I loved that they came to my house, how very convenient! I will hire them again!

I think it went quite well; I conducted the entire transaction via emails and phone calls. They were quite responsive and called me the very same day after I emailed a request. Within a few minutes I scheduled my appointment. I wasn't home, but my nanny reports that everything went smoothly. A mobile business unit, what an idea! My only gripe is that when they arrived, they pulled up my driveway and in order to miss a car that was already parked on it; they tore up a 4 foot strip of grass along the driveway. I imagine this is a real easy time period for that to happen with all the snow melting, but now I have to reseed that area or I'll have a strip of dirt with no grass.

He comes to my house to service my mower. He does a good job. He is always on time. He is very knowledgeable and has the equipment that is needed. He is very professional.

Chris (owner) was great to work with--friendly and accommodating. He provided an exact estimate, arrived when he promised and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

It was great. They came when they said, finished on time, did pick up and delivery. They were willing to wait until I had mowed the whole lawn before payment.

They come out and fertilize our yard, trees, and shrubs. They will even sharpen your lawn mower if you buy the year long contract. They have a very reasonable price as well.

This is the 2nd year we have used him. It is a one-man business and he does a good job and is very accommodating. Our neighbors are now using him as well.

They are great and come pick up your lawn mower, repair it and bring it back to you. They are very customer service oriented and knowledgeable.

Chris provides excellent service. Comes to the house and services the mower in his truck. He has done our lawn fertilization a couple of years and two neighbors asked me who did it because they said it looks great. Can't get much better recommendation than that.

Excellent, I just thought they were extremely prompt, priced right, and they were just very informative. He is a great guy, passionate about it and shows it through his service.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Chris and he was able to come within a couple days to work on the mower at my house. I was very impressed with all the equipment he uses for the tune up. This is a very convenient service that I will do now every year.

Chris did a great job (as usual). He showed up on time and finished quickly. His prices are very reasonable and he comes right to your house. This is the second year I have use mow better and I plan to use him next year.

I like that he's a mobile service and he's really convenient and affordable, considering he drives all over the city and is based out of Greenfield.

Chris arrived a little early after 12:00 PM though he had said over the phone it would be between 1-5 PM. I was instantly impressed with him. He was very personable, honest and knowledgeable. Gave me some pointers of when to start checking the oil more often and where it should come to on the dipstick. Told me the tires were getting worn but they are expensive to replace and he said to keep on using them till they get way down since I didn't mow when the grass was wet. He gave me $5 discount for being an Angie's List member. So glad for this service where I don't have to lift that mower any more.

We were pleased with not having the hassle of getting our mower to the repair shop. Also, in the past we have had to wait a week or more for pick up, then more time for tune up and delivery.
