Called in the day before and setup an appointment to fix my Craftsman 21" push lawnmower. I had done a number on it. I had pull out the pull string from the mower which he fixed first. Then, he cleaned out the mower and found water in the engine and on the air filter. Once he got that cleaned up and the engined cleared, he asked if I needed anything else. Since he was there, I got the oil changed and the blade sharpened. Very nice service, especially with him coming to your door. Everything was up and running again within 45 minutes and I will definitely use them in the future. Wonderful job.

I called on Sunday evening expecting an answering machine. Instead, Chris answered and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12-2. He called about 11 and asked if he could come early which was great. He was very polite and professional. I have already referred him to a neighbor with similar snow thrower problems. I will use him this spring to tune up my lawn mower.

Chris came to our house to repair the flat tires on the mower. He noted the additional work that needed to be done and tried to contact me by phone. I was unavailable so Chris went ahead and did the necessary servicing work while here at a very nominal charge. Had he not done so, I would have needed another service call within a short time for the additional work. Great job and person to work with!.

I'm a little late with this review, so I don't remember the gentleman's name. My husband dealt with him when he was here and gave glowing reviews about the service. He was very prompt and courteous and did a great job. Having someone come to you at home was an excellent idea, rather than having to load two mowers into the car. We will definitely use him again next year.

It was a great experience. Chris came with his truck to my work because my coworker and I both needed our mowers worked on. He sharpened my blades, replaced the spark plug and did a full tune up. The mower has been running great since he worked on it. It was very convenient, because I did not have to take the mower to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of mower repair.

Chris is awesome; what a find on Angie's List. Competent and honest. Chris is as good as it gets. He serviced the mower on the spot. I didn't have to load it into my car, drive it to a shop, wait a week or 2, and return to pick it up. I'm going to calll him back during the first week of November to tune-up my snow thrower. I've already told my neighbors about him.

It went very well. I was very impressed with his set-up and he even gave us a multi-mower discount along with a Angie's List discount. I will definitely use his services in the future. My mower is running like it is brand new again!

Overall, it was quite painless. I left the mower in the fenced backyard as requested by Chris. He called during the day to let me know what he did, and the mower was waiting for me, in working condition, when I got home from work. I was very pleased with the service.

Chris came to my house and did the work in his truck. He was on time and very professional. This is a perfect solution for those who can't lift a mower into their car. I used to pay $80.00 to have the mower serviced by another company and $25.00 to have them come pick it up! A few weeks later I noticed the engine sounded funny and asked Chris to check it out. He found I had been using old gasoline and had gummed up the carborator. He fixed it and wouldn't let me pay him a dime. Anyone would be a fool not to try this company.

Setup an appointment and left my lawn tractor out for Mow Better to do annual maintenance on. They came to my home as requested, did the job and left an invoice for the amount quoted. Good work and easy to do business with.

Chris arrived at our home at prearanged time, worked on the mower for over an hour in his truck, replace numerous parts, sharpened the blade, tuned the machine, changed the oil, etc. He is knowledgable, friendly, and I will definitely use this service again. No need to lug a heavy mower for repair-everything is done at your home.

Mr. Arvin arrived right on time and did the annual tuneup and upkeep of the mower. Very pleasant, very professional. He has taken care of my mower for several years and I have never had a minutes problem. He also fertelizes my lawn and it looks good.

My experience went very well. Since Mow Better is experienced in maintaining lawn equipment, the aerator that was used was an antique to say the least. It used a pulley system and did a better job than some of the newer equipment. The job was done in a methodical fashion ensuring that every possible inch of the yard was covered.

They were punctual and seemed competent. The mower runs great. They even did an extra service of fixing the handle that was broken and changed the oil. They came in a big truck and took the mower inside where all the equipment was. They employees were friendly and competent. They were efficient with their time and it didn't cost too much considering what all they did. They did mention that it is a little cheaper to have done in February.

Absolutely a great job. Came to our home a day or so adter we called for an appointment. He was very punctual- fixed riding mover here via his mobile repair truck- gave an estimate but hus final cost was lower than his estimate. Very personable and professional.

Over a month after the date of service, I called them to come back because I thought that they had put my oil plug in crooked. They came and showed me that I was mistaken. They were paitient and charged nothing for the follow up trip.
