I love that Chris comes to my house and I don't have to worry about lugging my lawn mower out to the car and lifting it into my trunk to take it somewhere. He pulls it right onto his truck and takes care of business. I've always called and not e-mailed him when placing a service request. I have never had a problem contacting him. I plan to continue using his services annually.

Chris was on time and very professional. He was very gracious when he discovered I had put the blade on my mower upside down! He fixed an odd problem with my mower that prevented it from starting. Chris is my mower guy from now on!

It was a very easy and great experience. Since the business is mobile, he came to my house. I was at work at the time, but we arranged for him to get inside my fence to retrieve the mower. The service was great. He left an invoice which I paid promptly because the service was so great and convenient.

I originally emailed Chris because there were nothing but great reviews on Angie's List. After a couple of days went by, I hadn't heard anything, and I wondered if he received my email inquiring about his services. I emailed him again and he replied thanking me for my persistance, but was unable to look at my mower at this time without providing any explanation as to why. I thought this was very strange because he admitted by thanking me for my persistance that he received my first email and didn't respond to it. His actions and all the oustanding things people say about him just don't line up, which is why I rated him a "C" overall and not an "F", because maybe there were some circumstances I didn't know about (or didn't need to know about) and I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure he provides a high level of service, it just didn't happen with me.

He was very patient with my busy schedule and was able to take care of my mower, secure it in my garage, and return keys to my neighbor, all while I was out of town. And, the mower works wonderfully. Thank you!

The whole process went extremely well. I emailed Chris after seeing his many glowing reports on Angie's List and I definitely have to add to that list of satisfied customers. Chris was very professional, courteous and responsive. He did the services just as we discussed in a friendly, quick, and timely manner. I will certainly use him in the future! Highly recommend!

Very well. Easy to set up. He called during the service to explain what was needed and even said he wasn't sure if he would replace the part because it was fairly expensive given the value of the mower.

This was a great service to be able to have this done at my house (versus me attempting to load up my tiller to take somewhere....). Chris did an oil change, blade sharpening, and tune up on my garden tiller. Also gave me helpful tips for long life of the maching. Would gladly use again.

When Chris came, he set up his mobile shop and took the time to prepare my snow blower for the season. He was very professional and very friendly as well. I was very comfortable and confidant in his work, so I inquired about his other services and ended up also hiring him to perform my annual riding mower maintenance and blade sharpening. I have already made plans to use Mow Better on a regular basis for the maintenance and repairs for my riding mower and snow blower from now on. Thank you Chris!

It was great. Mr Arvin came to my house in his truck and performed the maintenance in his truck. Even though the weather was cold and snowy, he was able to tune-up my lawn mower in his truck. His price was very reasonable. Because I had it done off-season, it was only $50.00. I contacted him by e-mail and he called the same evening to set up the appointment. I will definitely contact him for any of my lawn mower problems.

Mr. Arvin was extremely professional, accommodating and pleasant. He came to my house to service my snow blower in preparation for the winter. He was efficient and fair. He even discarded old gas for me at no additional cost. I will definitely give him a call again!

He came when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do, at a price that was reasonable. Snow thrower works great now....I hope I don't have to use it.

The appointment was convenient to schedule. Mr. Arvin came to our house to perform the work. He drives a large truck equipped with all the necessary tools and machinery, which serves as his work space on site. He revived an old mower we had that would not start and offered some tips to make it easier in the future. He also took an old snow blower with him, so that its carburetor could be soaked and cleaned out. We were going to pay $75 if he could get it started, but he could not, so he offered to keep the snow blower to use for parts and not bill us for the service. We felt that was a fair outcome. He is keeping us in mind if he gets any reconditioned snow blowers. We appreciated Mr. Arvin's honesty, and liked that he works at your home. We will definitely call him when we need service again.

I purchased the Angie's list "big deal" for this service and contacted Chris the owner/operator by email. I received a reply within a day and had a time scheduled. Chris called a little before the appointment time to let me know that there was a power outage and that his mobile workshop needed power and that he would keep me informed. He called about an hour later and told me that power was restored and he was heading out and that there was one person ahead of me on schedule and he would be here after that. He arrived at approximately the new promised time and was very professional and courteous. I asked him a few questions about the mower while he was working on it and he seemed happy to answer. All things considered (truck down, running late) Chris did a good job communicating the problem and what he was doing to get here. He also was in a pleasant mood and did not rush me or working on my mower. Overall I am happy with the service and will use again, I may be able to do cheaper myself but really don't want to mess with it. So, I will be using his service in the future.

The only way it could have gone better was if it was free.

Chris was very responsive after I reached out to him through email. He followed up immediately and then booked an appointment within a reasonable timeframe (he covers metro Indy so I didn't expect him to get me in the next day or so but he did within a week.) He was very prompt (even early) and recognized I was on a work call and was patient until I got off. He explained what service he'd provicde and we discussed the additional repair and he was very candid and professional. It didn't take him too long to get through the tune up/repair and was very helpful explaining what was done and what should be done in the future. I highly recommned Chris and his services.

I received the coupon from Angies List and purchased the coupon for the winterization and service on my mower. He came the next week and performed the service and I was very excited and pleased/
