Arrived promptly on schedule. Provided a very unique service in that he completly sevrviced the mower in less than 1 hour and we were ready for spring. No loading and unloading the mower and waiting for the service. Tremendous niche in lawn mower service

Chris came to my home. He was on time and professional in appearance and attitiude. He performed an annual maintanence on my Simplicity zero turn radius mower. He answered my questions and made a few suggestions on proper operation.I had an ongoing issue that a previous shop had failed to find the cause of. When I described it to Chris, he knew exactly what it was and corrected it. Mower runs like a champ. as long as Chis is in business, no one else will touch my machine.

I decided to take advantage of an Angie's List special and called Mow Better to arrange service on our mowers (2) at the end of the mowing season. The following spring, both mowers ran beautifully and cut the grass cleanly. I plan to call them again this fall.

Overall he fixed the problem and did a good job.

This is the best experience I have ever had regaring lawn mower service. No longer need to take your mower to Sears or some shop. He is the man for the job!

I have used Mo Bettter about 5 years or more. He has always been really good at the job. This year and last I had a new mower. Instead of using the and quot;freeand quot; service that came with the mower, I called Mo Better and had them come to my house. It is cheaper and takes less time than using the store's service. And, I feel hte job was and is better done. If I have a question, he always answers it iwth courtesy. And, he makes suggestions about the care and feeding of my machines.

He came out when he sid he was going to come out. He is a one man show. He brings his truck, he has everything in it. He sharpened the blade, he redid the oil, he checked the spark plugs. He was fantastic. We will definitely use him again.

Everything went very well. He showed up on time, was nice, and did a great job. We were very pleased with their service.

He called to set up appointment quickly and showed up on time. He was friendly and appeared to have the necessary tools to handle the job. He explained what he was doing the entire time. But after adding the new parts to the snow blower, he then did a compression check and said motor was bad. He admitted he should have checked the compression first before he changed out the tune up parts. He did check compression first on riding mower which he also serviced.

The service was performed as part of a and quot;Big Dealand quot;. I made the appointment via e-mail. I had to wait a little bit for the service rotation to come to my area, not a problem and totally understandable. I lef the mower outside and it was serviced while I was at work. Very smooth.

Made the call, left the mower out, he came, did his thing, and left. Job was done to perfection and I didn't need to lug it to a storefront or wait around for him to be here. Great!

I contacted Chris to come out to our home and left the lawn mower on the side of the house. He fixed the blade, changed the oil and did a complete tune-up of our lawn mower. While the damage wasn't something that could be completely fixed, he let us know that we were able to use the lawn mower, although it might shake a bit due to the internal damage. Overall, he was super easy to work with and I loved that he did the work while we were at work (rather than taking a day off to be home while he was there). He left us an invoice and we were able to mail a check after service was complete. Thanks Chris!

I called Chris and explained my lawn mower was not working. We agreed to leave it in a place accessible to him. He called me when he was at my house and said the lawn mower was fixed and he could also replace the pull tab handle because it was broken and the front wheel because it was not turning and it would cost an additional $15.00. I agreed to that. When I get home and look at the lawn mower there is no evidence the wheel has been replaced....no new not dirty wheels on the lawn mower. I call him and say you said you were going to replace the wheel and you did not. His response was, "I replaced it with a used wheel." He said a new wheel would cost too much. The oddest thing is all the wheels on my lawn mower are still a perfect match to each other, the same way they were before he arrived. The next day, I go to start the lawn mower and it does not start. THE SAME WAY IT DID NOT before I called him. I call him and say my lawn mower does not start the same way it did not before you said you fixed it. He said you probably flooded it....give it a couple of hours and try again. I want him to have every opportunity to be correct so I do this. A couple hours later....it still does not start....I call him back and say it still does not start. He says I can come out and look at it, when would you like for me to come. I say today. He says he cannot come today because he is out of town. I wish he would have just done what he said....There were grass clipping in the groves on top of the lawn mower....that would suggest the blades did not get sharpened like he said because they would have fallen off when he turned the mower over. If he had sharpened the blades I would have seen shiny metal or some sort of evidence that they had been removed and sharpened. The screws were still dirty as if they had not been touched not even a smear. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Husband dealt with the man who serviced the equipment and was very pleased and positive. He is not the easiest guy to satisfy.

He's easy to work with and seems like a really good guy. He's very professional and friendly and is reasonably priced.

I had bought a Big Deal back in October 2011 when the deal was first offered. Time passed and I had forgotten all about it. To my surprise, I received a phone call from Chris at Mow Better reminding me to use my Big Deal before it expired. I assume most companies would just let the deal expire and collect their money without having to do any work. However, Chris was proactive and wanted to make sure his customers got what they paid for. I was able to schedule an appointment within 7 days of the call. The best part was Chris comes right to your house and performs the maintenance in the back of his truck/mobile workshop. Since I had pre-paid with the Big Deal I didn't even need to be home for him to service the mower. He just asked that I leave the mower in a hidden spot outside (in my case the backyard) before I left for work. When I got home from work later that day I had not only a tuned mower with sharp blades, but a much cleaner mower. Chris even took the time to clean off all the dead grass and dust that had accumulated from the previous season. This was a great service and I will be calling Mow Better again in the future for annual maintenance on my mower.

Chris is great! I have him come every year and tune things up. I just leave the side door to the garage open and he locks up when he's done. He shows up when he says he will, he does what he says he'll do and I think that his service is 100% worth the price.

Very well. Did what he said he would and as a result of his efforts on the snowblower we had a very mild winter!

The experience was painless! I emailed Chris; he promptly emailed back; showed up when he said he would and performed the work well and left a bill. I will definitely use his services again.
