After purchasing the Big Deal, I contacted Chris to schedule the mower service. He arrived timely, was pleasant and quickly got to work servicing my mower. I really like being able to have the mower service done at my home.

Scheduling was painless. He comes to our city once a week, so he scheduled us for the next available week. Provider came to house and completed the work in his van. Was so much more convenient than trying to load mower into the trunk and drop off elsewhere. Our snowblower is too large to transport in any of our vehicles, so this service is ideal.

I couldn't believe how fast and easy this was! Chris came right to our door and serviced our mower in our driveway. Very prompt, professional and cleas!

Chris came to our house and worked on 12 mowers. Several neighbors brought their mowers to our house so he could take care of them all with one stop. We are all very happy with his service and will call him again next Dec to get us all sharp and winterized. This was the 10th year Chris has been here to take care of our mower. Looking forward to year number 11!

Chris Arvin did a very nice job. He was able to schedule a convenient time to come out to my house to service my snow blower. He performed all routine maintenance (oil change, spark plug check, etc.) and took the time to answer questions I had. Considering I have a larger snow blower that isn't easy to transport, $50 was well worth his trip to my house. I would gladly use Chris in the future for any type of service I couldn't do myself.

On October 20 we purchased to tune-up for our snow blower. Mow Better was supposed to contact us within 2 business days to schedule service. Long story short, they never did, we forgot about it. In late November we realized we hadn't heard from them and reached out to Angie's List; they contacted Mow Better on our behalf. Mow Better contacted us immediately and the appointment was scheduled the same week. Chris came to our house and tuned up our snow blower. He worked quickly and did a good job. The price was right and, despite the delay, having him come to us was well worth it.

I purchased a Big Deal and was never contacted by the provider. The staff at Angie's List contacted the provider twice, and I still never heard from the provider. I assume they had enough business.

Purchased special offer for lawn mower service through Angie's List . Chris was quick to answer my request for service. He wanted to come Dec. 11, 2012 I , informed him that would be fine if he comes after 11 a.m. I had an appointment that day at 9:30 a. m. that I was not sure how long it would take but should be home by 11:00 a.m. The day of Dec. 11 th Chris arrived approximately 9:00 A.M. I informed him again that I had an appointment at 9: 30 and had to leave now. His response was and quot; Do you want me to come back later? and quot; I stated yes. He later arrived at approximately 11: 10 A. M. to perform the above described work. No further discussion was made regarding his early arrival. He only charged 20.00 for the snow thrower service which seemed reasonable . Gave statement of services provided upon request.

Arrvied at my house on time. Changed plabe and sharpened the old blade. Completed tune up. My mower ran perfect this summer. WIll use again before next season.

Gentleman was nice enough, but only spent about 15 minutes with our mower. Said he needed new blades, but he didn't have any with him on his truck. He seemed to be in a rush.

Great service. Chris emailed me shortly after I bought the big deal and said he'd be in my area on Fridays and to let him know when I was ready to schedule. After my last mowing for the season, I contacted him to set up a time. He came out when promised and took care of the mower. Positive experience and it was nice to have the service done without having to take the mower anywhere!

Easy as pie. My snow blower was tuned up right at home. Chris brought his own gererator on his truck and completed the work in the street outside my home. He was very efficient - it only took about 20 minutes, including a spark plug replacement.

He was very prompt, experienced in the work and even checked our snowblower....fix the throttle at no charge. His truck was clean and orderly and self contained. He was very clean and professional. A good communicator.....easy to talk with about the work.

Great!! Chris was very professional. It was so much better having these services performed at the house instead of having to lug the lawn mower and snow blower into a shop. We plan to use Mow Better's services again next year!

My mower was great need of maintenance It was three years old and it had just not be as easy as I hoped to get the mower in for serviceing. So having Mow Better out to the house was wonderful! I had an opportunity to use the mower days after the service because of some unexpected warm weather and the need. It was a night and day difference, I believe he said my blade were like butter knives and now they were like steak knives, he was right! I will differently keep him on the list to call once a year so that I never have to deal with mowing my lawn with and quot;butter knivesand quot;

He was ver punctual and quick. Pleasant. I didnt have to haul my mower anywhere to have him work on it. It was so convienent for him to come to my house. It took about 15 minutes and he was finished. Would definitely use again.

This service is great. He came to our house, tuned up the mower, providing a new air filter and now the mower works much better and I'll count on it to take right off in the spring when I need it again.
