It was great because Chris came to the house to do the work. He showed up on time and was done pretty quickly so I was able to have the whole service done during my lunch break.

This was a great experience. They came to our house and tuned up our lawn mower and sharpened the blade. Additionally, they looked at and did something to fix our weedeater that I wasn't able to start all season for no charge. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

The overall experience was excellent. Chris was able to assess the problem immediately upon arrival, and had the snow thrower working within a few minutes. Really fine work and very fair price. Hassle free and prompt service.

REPAIRMAN DIAGNOSED BOTH ENGINE PROBLEMS. SNOW BLOWER BACK NORMAL. MOWER IS WEARING OUT AND WILL NEED REPLACING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Last year I did not empty the snowblower's fuel tank after its last use, so the snowblower didn't want to start. Mow Better was very prompt in coming to our home when scheduled. When he finished 20-30 minutes later, the snowblower worked perfectly. Ironically we had our first snowfall on the day following the tuneup. I will use Mow Better's services in the future.

My blower went out at the end of the 2010-11 season. MOW BETTER came to my house to service the blower (awesome perk!). They got it running. BUT THEN we had no snow in 2011-12. So I JUST fired it up today (12/29/12) for the first time since the tune up. It took a bit to get it going but then it ran fine.

It was an excellent experience and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We communicated via e-mail with Mow Better to set up our appointment and they arrived as expected. The tune-up and blade sharpening was performed in our driveway and took about 30 minutes. They were very honest about the expected remaining longevity of our mower engine, which we use infrequently, and did not recommend making additional costly repairs because of our limited usage. Instead, they recommended using the mower until it died and then buying a new one if we so desired rather than trying to fix it. The mower continues to work well and we appreciated their honesty. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Purchased an Angie's List Deal from them. I e-mailed and left a phone message, but the never responded. Now, I have paid them, but not received any services from them.

I was contacted right away after purchasing the Big Deal and the service was performed within a very few days. It was very perfessional and the result was my snowblower was tuned up. I didn't need to use the snowblower after the tune up until 12/26/12, but it worked great. Started right up. I would defininately recommend Mow Better.

Once I purchased the Angie's List deal for $ 50.00 all services were covered. I called and made the appointment and the service was done on sight which was much easier than transporting the push mower. The service was provided at the scheduled time and all was complete.

The gentleman showed up on schedule and performed all the services as described. We were delighted with the experience and called him back for similar service on our lawnmower in the spring.

Although he never contacted me, when I called him he scheduled a time and performed the service within a week. Arrived exactly as scheduled. Very personable and walked me through what he was doing as I watched. Didn't leave a trace of a mess on the driveway.
