I had used this provider before for lawn mower maintenance and he had done an excellent and prompt job. So when my mower belt broke, I called him again. He was able to come the next business day. On both visits he arrived exactly on time and did the job well and in a reasonable amount of time. For the mower belt replacement I provided the new belt which helped to keep costs down.

The service was good. His demeanor was very good and his punctuality too was good. I'm not sure if the price was good because I thought it might have been a little bit high. I didn't have any other estimates to compare his price to.

He does the whole block. He gives fantastic service.

Chris arrived early on Monday morning to check out my mower. He asked me a few questions and correctly diagnosed the problem. He gave it a tune up, sharpened the blade and replaced a worn out diaphragm. Done in half an hour (in the rain). Mower runs great.

The first time the service was scheduled, we just missed each other. There was some confusion with communication, but on the second scheduled visit all went well.

The repairman's name is Chris Alvin, Mow Better. He was very accommodating, courteous and highly professional. He worked around our busy schedule. We didn't have to be at the house. We left our riding lawn mower on the driveway in the morning and it was repaired and ready to go when we got home from work. He left the invoice for his services and we mailed him a check. We highly recommend this company.

He is very responsive. I like the tune-up before I cut the grass. He is cheaper than others and has good prices. He gives discounts if he is able to work on my neighbor's mower too.

I wish I had known about this convenient and affordable option earlier! Knowing my lawn mower blades were dull, and since the lawn mower hadn't been serviced in YEARS, I looked for a company to come service my mower. I called one company but they were scheduling in to mid-May and my yard was already overgrown. Mow Better was able to come out the following Tuesday. SOLD! He arrived in the early afternoon, worked on the mower for less than an hour, confirmed my blades were indeed dull (but were sharp now!) and only charged me $75 (the Spring special). My mower was clean and works great! I will be calling him next year!

I really like the guy a lot. He came out to the house, picked up the snow blower or at least tuned-up our snow blower and he also did some things that are over and above the lawn mower and he brought that back and I think there was a $75 additional charge for some parts. He did this last fall and when the first snowfall came in January for the snow blower, I couldn't get that thing started and I ended up taking it to other place. Maybe he did all he could because it worked when he was there but after few months, I could not just get it started. It's not like I didn't think he did a good job but I just thought he's pricing was reasonable, very nice guy and very honest. He was very punctual, I though the price was very good and everything was working. He's responsible as I can figure. I stood there watching him do his thing and he seemed like a nice guy. He's very honest and particular.

Took one week to get fixed from time I called. Out in our area one day a week.

Mow Better goes to different neighborhoods on different days. I called to schedule an appointment and found that my day would be Monday. I left the lawnmower out so I didn't have to be home. Mr. Arvin (Chris) completed everything and left a card under the mower's tire with the work completed and the amount I owed. It was effortless on my part and the mower runs better than it did when I first bought it.

Mow Better was very timely and professional and did excellent work for a great price. They come right to your home to do the work. Very convenient.

Went just as vendor indicated. Again, great service at a great price. To be able to have someone come to your home and provide this service rather than take the lawn mower in for service is a great advantage when you do not have a truck!

We left the mower on the porch while we were at work. The tune-up was completed while we were at work and an invoice was left. The next time I went to mow I could tell the blade was much sharper by the way it was cutting, however the mower stopped part way through mowing and I could not get it started. The mower is pretty old so I suspected it was probably on its last leg. Mow Better came out the next day and confirmed what I had suspected, but gave me some tips to get the mower working for the rest of the season. He was very helpful.

Chris was punctual, professional, neat - this was most impressive since I've experienced contractors who don't clean up after themselves - Chris put a drop cloth down to collect any debris - his work was organized, clean, an absolute delight! AAA+++ for this provider!, The most valuable element of the service provided for me was the convenience - Chris came to me and all was completed within the hour!

He was punctual, and did a good job! He came while I was at work, and left his business card when he was finished if I had any follow-up questions.
