This is at least the second time we've had Mow Better service our mower and will continue to have our mower serviced by this gentleman as long as he is in business. He is quick, efficient and thouough. We haven't had any problems with our mower since he has been winterizing it. Highly recommended!

Chris was outstanding! Up front he indicated that he typically did not repair 2-cycle power tools anymore, but he would definitely give it a shot. Not only was he able to repair the fuel lines on the weedeater, he also adjusted the carburetor on the weedeater. I think that his pricing is very reasonable and the at-home service is a game-changer if you want to avoid the hassle and save time!

Went great. He was professional and courteous on phone. Showed up when he said he would, fixed the mower and charged what he said he would charge.

We purchased a Big Deal in mid-October, and the provider was supposed to contact us within 2 business days. That didn't happen and we forgot about it. In late November we remembered that we hadn't heard from them and contacted Angie's List. Angie's List contacted the provider, and an appointment was scheduled within the next week. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done and the amount of time it took. The best part was he came to our house, we didn't have to lug the snow blower anywhere. We highly recommend this provider, despite the small lapse in responsiveness at first.

I made an appointment with Mow Better for June 19th. He was going to do a tune-up; sharpen the blade; and change the drive belt. We had agreed that I would leave the mower out for him. I’m embarrassed to say that I forgot. Chris called mid-morning and left a very polite message. I immediately called him back and he agreed to return the following week. When I arrived home the day the service was scheduled I was very surprised. Chris had left an invoice for me and had voided my check. The note said that the belt was still in good shape and all that was needed was adjustment. He reduced the price and left me an invoice for the tune-up and sharpening. I was very happy and very impressed. He could have easily changed the belt and I would have been none the wiser. It says a lot to me when a service technician is honest and fair about the work that is done or needs to be done. I am very glad I called Mow Better and as far as I’m concerned Mow Better will do all the future service on my mowers. Thanks, Chris.

Very good! We purchased his service through a big deal offer. In our case, we left it out for him to service while we were gone. Because we had an older mower and had him do this work in the middle of winter, once spring rolled around, the mower would not start up initially. He came back out and helped us take care of that as well and it has started up beautifully ever since. Very professional and would use him again. Thanks!

They showed up when promised. They listened to my instructions and got to work. They are very professional. I liked the work so well that I have contracted with them to mow weekly, too. From time to time I will also schedule clean up with them.

It was great. He came out and was a nice guy. He did a good job. He has been our lawn mower guy ever since. He has a fantastic mobile workshop. He was able to do everything right there in front of our house. He drove it out of the garage and right up into his truck, work on it and drove it back out. I thought the concept of having a truck with a workshop was pretty neat. He did a fantastic job and I thought that the price was really fair. He showed up when he said he would. He was in and out within an hour. He was a perfect to your door service. I was pretty impressed. The price we got because of the deal was excellent. I will use him again. I will not hesitate to have him come out every fall.

The mower is still going strong since he fixed it. They came out in the fall and restored it for the winter and that whole next year remember it was kind if a drought and we didn't use it. I did not pay anything over the big deal amount. He was very thorough.

Mow Better was wonderful. I liked it. I would probably be calling them at the end of the summer to do it again.

As usual, Chris performed all of the required serices for my lawn tractor, doing only what is required at the time of service. I've used Chris over 15 years, for all of my gasoline powered lawn and garden equipment with no problems experienced. The convenience of him coming to you door rather than having to bring the equipment in to a repair service in invaluable.

The service man was very pleasant on the phone and I was glad that he could come to the house to do the service. We discussed the problem and he explained what the service would include. I left the mower in the back yard for him so he would have access, as I was not able to be home on the day he was scheduled (only in my area one day a week). He called me while I was at work to say that, after attempting to, there was nothing he could do to adjust the height of the blade, but that he would complete with sharpening the blades. The bill was for $100 -- I could have bought several new blades for that. I ultimately changed the oil myself. So I continue to mow the grass short...can't afford to replace a 2 year old rider mower...just have to deal with it for now.

The service Mow Better provided went great. I am very pleased. They came here and took care of the lawn mower for us. It didn't take him long at all.

Excellent service. Chris was punctual, kept me apprised of the situation when he had to order a belt he did not have in stock, and installed same in a very timely manner. I appreciate his communication and his excellent service. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend him to others.

We chose to have Mow Better tune up our snowblower. He is competent and gets the job done. It's nice to know the snowblower is there if needed.

It was a very good experience. Their promptness and affordability stood out and they were very professional.

He came when he said he would. He was familiar with my mower model. In a matter of no more than 30 minutes, he disassembled, cleaned and unplugged the carburetor, changed the oil and sharpened the blade, both of which needed doing, cleaned up and was gone. The mower has run well since.

Called Chris on Memorial Day. He returned my message the next day to schedule a time that he could come out.. Worked around my schedule to come out.. Per my request, he called ahead and let me know he was on his way... Got to my home, took a look and said he would have no problem solving my issue... Took about 30 minutes..great service... I'll recommend Chris and call him again in the future.

He did a great job. He had all his tools with him. He did the maint in the garage. He had a special since it was right after Christmas. It was done in a snap, and he didn't need anything other than an open garage door.

Chris does exceptional work. He comes out every year and takes care of my Simplicity 44and quot; ZTR mower. He always makes sure that it is perfect and ready for the season. He takes care of any little things that need addressed on the mower. I never have to worry about anything with Chris. I would recommend him to anyone!

The service was above average. They repaired the motor and there were still a few outlying issues. The guy that came out was courteous, punctual, and did the work in a timely basis. The mower just did not run like new which I expected it to run like new after the service.
