Everything was great except he serviced it at the end of my driveway resulting in several oil spots staining the driveway. I would definitely call him again but would caution him to put a drop cloth down to protect my driveway.

What a delightful man! Came when he said he'd be here...did what he said he'd do...and at a great price! What could be nicer?

Chris has done this work for me in the past. He is a very, very nice gentleman, professional, and does great work. I wouldn't have anyone else do this work for me. I have recommended Chris to family and friends, and I will only do this if I am 100 percent pleased with the quality of work and the person doing it. They have been quite pleased as well. Chris comes to your door, and does all work in your driveway. Now, that's service. The fact that he is such a nice guy and deserving of a glowing report is icing on the cake.

Chris promptly replied to my original email confirming my scheduled date and time. Chris arrived approximately 2 hours early on the appointed day. This could be an issue with others, but was not for me. I was not required to be home, but did come home as I thought there was an issue we would need to discuss regarding one of the tires. By the time I arrived (approximately 20 minutes), Chris had completed all of the work including the tire. One of the tires was flat and I could not inflate it, leading me to believe I would need a replacement. I had spoken to several repair shops explaining the issue and getting a quote for replacement and installation. Chris explained what the issue had been and how to solve it in the future. This model has an electric start and I had attempted to pull start it in the past but had been unable to do so. After Chris was done, the snowblower started easily with a pull start. I would definitely use Chris in the future and feel completely at ease not being at home. He is trustworthy, honest and, above all, good at what he does.

He got the work done in a timely manner and showed me how to start the snow blower. He was very professional and I'll call him back next year.

Everything went very well, including his diagnosing what had caused our problem with the lawnmower. We have used his service in the past and will use it again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and he did a great job. I thought he was really helpful. He explained how to work the snow blower to me. It was something somebody had given to me so I found him extremely nice and he came on time.

Chris came to the house the same week that I had called him. My lawn mower had died in the back yard, but he fixed it up and got it running again. He also sharpened the blade and cleaned out the underside. I had him take a look at the snow blower since it would not start up last winter after I used it two times. He started it right away. He is professional, knowledgeable and talented with small engines. I would recommend him to anyone. I really like the fact that I do not have to pack up a dirty mower and take it somewhere to have it fixed!! This is so convenient. I will be calling him whenever something happens to my mower or snow blower, and for annual maintenance.

He is a great guy and really easy to work with. He brings a van to do all the necessary work needed on my mower. So nice to have it done at home and not have to try and get the mower to the shop.

This is the second time that I've used Mow Better to service my mower. He called after I'd purchased the Big Deal to set up an appointment. All I had to do was leave the mower outside (I wasn't going to be home) and he took care of the rest. I'll continue to use Mow Better in the future.

This at you home small engine service. The owner came out as schedules and performed the work on a rototiller and riding mower. He was quick and the equipment ran well. Especially the rototiller that had been siting used for several years.

Service provider did the normal spring tune up for my mower (spark plug, oil change, sharpen blade, etc.). This is a mobile service where they come to you. You leave the mower outside on the appointed date, and they take care of you that date. Very simple.

I was a bit disappointed overall based on very high expectations from reading other reviews, but to be fair I take some responsibility for that. It had been a few years since we had maintenance done and you could tell in the quality of the cut during the preceding year. I was expecting a noticeable improvement in the cut after having the blade sharpened, but only saw a small improvement. I was also thinking that he would check the self-propeller as part of his work as it had stopped functioning for the most part. He did not though and I really should have mentioned it, as it is not listed explicitly as part of his big deal package. However, he missed a chance to provide that additional service at an extra charge (which I would have been willing to pay). On the positive side, the mower does run much better than it did and he was professional, timely and efficient. I would give him another try and make sure to explicitly mention any specific issues that need attention.

This was a and quot;Big Dealand quot; and it was for the after season mobile tune up and blade sharpening. The service on the Toro was fair for the price though it ran very rough the entire next season . I took it to where I purchased it after that season and they replaced the spark plug and filters and it ran much better. The service on the cub cadet was average as well. There was too much oil put back into the mower and that caused leaking issues as well as too much grease on the front wheels. Both blades were sharpened well and the responsiveness, follow-up and customer service were excellent. I think he potentially was overwhelmed with the initial response to the and quot;Big Dealand quot; and playing catch-up caused what would normally be an A job into a B result.

It took a couple of times to connect with the provider and schedule the service but all went well in the end. My lawnmower runs great.

They showed on time, did their job well, and were courteous and respectful. I recommend them.

They came to my house instead of having to find out how to get my mower to other places. They are punctual and very truthful as well.

He was fantastic. We left the key on the driveway as he requested and he was able to do all the work from his truck. So he came in and completely serviced the unit and it ran way better than it ran before.
