They picked up our riding mower and push mower. Tuned both up and delivered. They were punctual, and did a fine job.

The overall service at the time went ok. Arrived on time, was pleasant, and performed service on lawn tractor to insure a good mowing season. Throughout the uear I noticed that all of the blades of grass was not being cut evenly and chauked it up to the new mower blades were not sharpened properly. It was not until April of 2013 when i had Sears maintenance my lawn tractor for the 2013 season that I was informed that the mower blades put on the lawn tractor by Mow Better were not the right size (couple inches shorted than spec). That was why the grass was not being cut properly. Since so much time had passed from the original service done (April 2012) I did not complain. Needless to say I will not use Mow Better again.

It was terrific and we were very happy with the service!

Chris was very prompt and worked with my schedule to get the mower ready for winter and next spring.

Also replaced the rope that starts the mower for an extra charge ($20).

Chris arrived on time. seemed very knowledgeable and went right to work. He sharpened the blades, put a stabilizer in the gas compartment to keep what little gas I had in the mower from freezing, change the spark plugs and cleaned the mower so it looked like new. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to my neighbors!

The service went very well. I had one lawn mower winterized, tuned-up and the blade cleaned. The guy that came works out of a truck and within 45 min he had the job done.

I have used Chris in the past for lawn mower tune-up and the tune up and repair of an older snow blower and he did a great job. My father passed and my mother gave me the bulk of his exceptionally cared for tools and lawn equipment. I knew the snow was coming and I wasn't quite sure how to use his Toro snow blower but I wanted to make sure it was maintained and so I called Chris. He made the appointment for the following Monday and I made arrangements for him to have access to the blower though I wouldn't be at home. He came and repaired it as promised, left a note detailing the job as well as a receipt. I left the check for him on the garage freezer. In the spring, I will be calling Chris again to tune up both the riding and walking mowers. I would highly recommend Chris as he does a great job and is always professional.

It turned out pretty good. They came and fixed it. There were no problems. They came within a few weeks after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

They were fine. He didn't do anything without my permission. He suggested some stuff that needed to be done but didn't do anything. He came and did everything he needed to. I may end up using them again next year. There wasn't anything significantly special or significantly bad. They were good. They contacted me right away after I purchased the deal. The price is good. They came on the day they said they would.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great; just fantastic. I did not dislike anything about it and thought it was excellent. He came out to the house and did everything. The work turned out great. He told me what potentially could be wrong and what to look for . I am going to call him the next time.

Deal was for a tune-up. Mow Better representative was on time, professional, personable, but unable to fix the mower, which had a gummed-up carburetor, beyond the scope of the offer.

Would definitely recommend. Came to my house and performed the work as scheduled. Would certainly use again.
