Mow Better promptly contacted me to arrange a day and time to have the work done. They followed up with a phone call to confirm the day/time and to confirm the work would be done while I was not home. The tech phoned me when the garage door would not open and I was able to give him the code to grant him access to the garage. He took care of the items requested and left notes regarding what he had done. We have not used the riding mower yet, but the push mower is running much more smoothly.

So very convenient to have this company come to your home; just make an appointment! No more worries about how to lift my mower into the trunk of my car!

Excellent! I purchased a Big Deal and they responded promptly, called the day before the appointment to remind me, and called when they were on their way as I requested. Very efficient and friendly. Obviously I won't know how well the snowblower works until winter, but I'm quite pleased now!
