It was great. The guy fixed my lawn mower. It was wonderful. They'd got it done. It's just exactly what I needed. Everything was busted, the chord was inside, it was all twisted up and I said can you fix this for that price and he said sure. He repaired, fixed it, did a few minor maintenance things with it.

I wasn't here when they came, my wife was. I wasn't really happy with the service. I wasn't sure I got what I thought I would get so it wasn't a great experience. They were supposed to winterize it. There was an issue, it had like a flat tire and they couldn't repair it and yet they didn't get me referred out to someone who could help me. I supposed they winterized as they said but they just didn't do it completely. It was still inoperable when they left and there was never any feedback after they left.

It was fine. I had used them in the past and I would give them outstanding marks. He does very good work and I would use him again. I bought it through one of Angie's List big deals. I'm very pleased because he makes it particularly nice. He has a van and he comes to your house and does it so you don't have to put it in your trunk and you take it in some place. He does all the work right in your driveway and that is so convenient. He's been very courteous and very professional. When he did come the last time, he pointed out a problem with my lawnmower, I have an old lawn mower and he said that probably by the time the following year started, I would have to get a replacement part which I did and I was able to change on my own so he didn't try to upsell me anything, he just let me know what the problem was and I would actually take care of that myself which was very handy. So instead of paying somebody $40 to change this one little part, I was able to do it for the price of the part and the price of the part looks like maybe $3. I've never purchased his products at full price, I've always used Angie's List's big deal and I think that their deal is very good for the price. I guess what he does is that he goes to different parts of the city in different days of the week so he let me know that he'll be on the side of town on Thursday and he was here, very punctual, and it worked out very well.

Our 15 year old snowblower decided to stop working the day before the big storm. I found Mow Better on Angie's List with high reviews and my husband called. He had to order a belt and kept in touch with us regarding the status of the belt. Overall we were very pleased with the work done and the professionism of Christ and his wife. We will definetely use Mow Better for our service needs.
