On time and very professional. I would use them again.

Initially they were good but now they aren't responding to messages.

Seems to be working pretty well.... although he just sharpened the old blades, rather than putting on new ones (which I had!) If we had communicated a bit better that might have been a non issue.

I purchased the package to tune my snow blower. The price was right, the service was great, and I am very happy. He showed up on time, was very professional, and did the work as promised. I am one happy customer and will use him again this year.

Did a great job as the lawn mower is working great this spring. They were very good about calling to schedule an appointment and working around my schedule. Much easier than transporting the lawn mower back and forth to the hardware store.

On time, performed services quickly. Problem with on/off switch could not be fixed.

It was fine. I wasn't there when they did the work. I left it outside and they came out and cleaned it up. It's working well!

I called in mid-March to schedule a tune-up. I was very pleased that Mow Better offered a and quot;dealand quot; for Spring tune-up and sharpening for $59 if performed throught the end of March. It was very convenient to schedule, and Chris came out the following Monday and serviced the mower. We then remembered that the mower had a gas leak at the end of the season, so when I called Mow Better to pay over the phone, I rescheduled for Chris to come out again to look for the leak. He came back and made a small adjustment, and only charged us $10 for the second visit. We think that his service is superior, convenient, and very reasonably priced. We have used Chris once before, and will continue to call him for future needs.

They did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

If you get five neighbors to get their lawns done by Mow Better, it's only $50.00, and he does such a good job. He's a decent guy and does good work. He did a good job.

Received confirmation the day before, and Chris arrived on time. He said it would take about 30 minutes, which was accurate. He answered my questions and made recommendation on how to improve the mower's functionality.

After a few messages back and forth, we were able to finalize a time to have the work done. I left the lawnmower outside since I wasn't able to be at home and he serviced my mower in the driveway. It was great to have Chris come to my house to tune up my snow blower. I did not have to worry about taking it somewhere and possibly having to wait a long time to get it back. Chris was on time and did what needed to be done for a full service tune up. He is a very friendly guy and I will call him to service my mowers when the time comes. He arrived right on time, he had a really modern, well-equiped truck, very nice and polite, very efficient, worked quickly.

They were wonderful from the moment I bought the deal to when he left my house. Very nice and kind on the phone be in person. It was a great way to get my mower blades sharpened and oil changed without leaving home.

The work that Mow Better provided me was great. They were punctual. He came when he said he was going to be here. Usually, they give you a window, "I'll be here between 1:00 and 5:00," and he was here when he said he was going to be here. He told me he'd be here at 1:00 and he was.

Chris, ownver of Mow Better showed up on time, was very professional and performed services at our home. Chris was consultative when needed and exceeded our expectations. We would use Mow Better for our future mower and snowblower repair and tuneup needs.

Purchased a and quot;BIG DEALand quot; from Mow Better for a lawnmower tune up. They called and emailed me to set up the appointment. They allowed me to leave my lawnmower outside to give them access. They showed up on the scheduled day and conducted the tune up and called me to advise of issues he had noted (which surprised me due to the newness of the mower and has not been used too much due to the summer droughts we have had). He left the mower in a pristine condition (I thought I had it cleaned well, he made it more clean) and gave me recommendations as far as future oil changes and monitoring to make sure there is no additional problems. I was very happy with his service.

Chris is terrific! This is the third year that I've used him. Professional, accomodating, and it's great to know that when spring eventually springs, I'll be ready. Thanks Chris! See you next year!

Simply put - a perfect job!

He came and tuned up my mower and covered it with a tarp to keep it from the elements. He sharpened the blade and did an oil change.
