Everything seemed to go fine. I honestly won't know for sure until the first time we get a bunch of snow. If it fires up and runs great, then we're in good shape. It was running when the tech was here, so all signs are good.

We won't use the mower again until spring, so we can't say how it will run, but he checked over everything and provided a statement that everything has been tuned up and is running fine.

This is the most convenient way to get lawn mowers serviced. You are given a two hour window for the day the service is to be completed. The service is done in a timely manner ( about 90 minutes for both mowers) and your mowers are ready for the first mowing in the spring. This is the third year I have used Chris and I will continue to use him in the future.His charges are fair. Compared to my past experience of taking my lawnmowers to a service location and having to wait sometimes up to two weeks for the service to be completed, his service is ideal. For my lawn tractor I would have had to arrange to have it picked up, worked on, and returned at some unknown date in the future. I also would have had to pay extra for the pick up and drop off of the tractor. If you live in Chris's service area, there is every reason to choose him to service your lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other lawn equipment.

Chris has been servicing our mower for at least 12 years. He is a pleasure to work with and he really knows mowers and small engines. Each year I get several neighbors to bring their mowers and snow blowers to my house and Chris comes and takes care of them all at one time. Works great for Chris and works great for all of us. I highly recommend Chris. It is so great that we don't need to load our mowers and snow blowers and take them somewhere to be serviced. Chris's service is a lot like when doctors made house calls!

Went great there was some initial miscommunication on time frame of appointment but got everything worked out and service was performed in a timely manner. Mow Better arrived, started working on snow-blower left in garage, and finished up quickly. Snow-blower started on one pull.

My wife wanted to get rid of it. She claims it was not working. The gentleman came out and looked at it. He said there is fuel in the carburetor. She he clean and took care of it. It was a great job. We did not have to replace the snow blower.

Chris serviced my riding lawnmower. Actually it would not start and he cleaned the carburetor and I had put a new battery in and it started right up. He cleaned the filter, changed the oil and sharpened the blades. I had bought a deal for $59, but that was for a push mower and I paid another $116 for my mower. Didn't actually get a deal then.

It was a Big Deal purchase. The experience was excellent. He did two for $59. He showed up a little bit ahead of schedule. He's certainly experienced and knows what he's doing. We've used him before and I've been very satisfied with the service. He's a little pricey.

They confirmed appointment and verified instructions for service. I left snowblower outside of my garage for them to service since I wouldn't be home. They performed service within the timeline specified. Couldn't have asked for more.
