This is my third year using Mow Better and they are excellent. Great communication to schedule, on time, and outstanding work. Using their annual tune up service has made my inexpensive push mower last for years. They're the best.

wE HAVE NOT TRIED IT DUE TO THE SNOW

I had been told that I needed to replace my lawn mower by a non-professional. Chris told me the mower is fine, but advised my replacing the snowblower. He said it would get me through this winter but to watch for a good price on one. I had questions about electric starters Of course, this winter has been such that I have not even had to turn it on. Chris changed the oil, spark plug, and sharpened the mower blade. I really felt ready for both snow and grass cutting if necessary. It was reassuring and the price was certainly right. I cannot remember just how long he was here, but it was a reasonable amount of time -- not too hasty nor lengthy. I have kept the contact information for Mow Better and would not hesitate to call them again if needed. I recommend them without hesitation.

Scheduling was straightforward. They came to us to complete the job and it was finished in about an hour. Everything was good overall.

I would highly recommend this company. I wasn't sure if my snowblower could be fixed. I hadn't used it for the last two years because it was such a hassle to get it to and from a service center. I had not heard of Mow Better. It was great. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. In no time he had my snowblower running great. It was the best $59 I've ever spent. I will be calling them again.

This is a great service. Chris comes to your home and does all the work in driveway. I would highly recommend this company.

He came out to our house with all necessary equipment and did the work right in our driveway! It was a great deal, and we didn't have to worry about transporting the mower and snowblower to another location in our car. Our snowblower hadn't been used in several years (we'd been living on the west coast for a while), and wouldn't start. He was able to get it running again, and even came back out a second time at no charge when we were unable to start it a second time. Works great now!

Everything went without a hitch. I especially liked that all the work was done right in my drive. When the snow came 6 weeks or so later, my snowblower started right up and performed like a champ. I plan on having Mow Better back to get my lawn mower ready for next season. Great price. Great service!

He is a mobile service and he has a checklist when he is finished to keep track of the things he did in accordance to the maintenance fee. He is wonderful!

It went well both times. They come out to your house which is nice so you don't have to load anything into the car. They seem very knowledgeable. There were no additional fees associated with each deal.

It was very easy to schedule a visit from Mow Better, and he showed up at the expected time. I hadn't used my 10-year-old snow blower for quite a few years (having been caught off guard by last year's blizzard), so I wanted to be sure to be ready if I needed it this year. He did a thorough inspection, then gassed it up and made sure it was running smoothly. All very quick and efficient and now I can sleep soundly knowing I'll be ready for the next big snow.

Very pleased with the actual service. The gentleman who came was punctual and very nice. I had bought a deal of the day for the mower winter service. I did not realize it was only for a push mower and not the riding mower. He explained it to me and told me if I wanted to get a refund I could, he could upgrade it for the rider or he could perform the service on the push mower and sell me service for the rider at a discount. I chose to have him service both mowers and I am really glad I did. I would definitely recommend this company and the service provided. I will use them again.

He comes and takes care of the work right at the home. They do excellent work and the process was very convenient.

I scheduled the appointment via email. He responded in a timely manner. I think I had to move my original time to a different day due to a conflict & that was handled easily. He can within his appointment window, winterized our mower & didn't lesve a mess. He was polite & professional. I would use him again for this service.

Very professional and very friendly. I asked if he could take a look at the self-propelled cable, as it didn't seem to be running at full speed anymore. He found that the engine RPM's were running low, and adjusted it. Very convenient that this is a mobile service and don't have to take the mower in somewhere, then go back and pick it up.

He came over to do the maintenance on my snow blower. He did a good job.

I tried going a year without tuning up my snowblower and it wouldn't start. . .these folks do a good job- direct to your door so you don't have to transport the machines anywhere. Got my lawnmower tuned here also- they are much cheaper than the company I used to use.
