+ -1 morePaul was always pleasant on the phone and happy to entertain all of my questions. Adam arrived for the job on time, explained exactly what he would do, and then went to work. He ran a vent/fan out the window to help avoid fumes. I'm sensitive to chemicals, so I opened up all the windows in the house. The job took about 2.5 hours for work to be completed, and then he spent time explaining how to care for the new surface. There was no overspray on anything in the bathroom because of the great job he did covering everything. The difference in how the bathroom looks is amazing! We had considered going with a shower/tub liner system but were put off by the cost; this is the perfect and more affordable alternative to that.
Description of Work: Quality Reglazing repaired some grouted areas in the tile surrounding the shower, checked the fiberglass tub for microscopic cracks that might need to be repaired, glazed the tub and all surrounding tile, and recaulked everything.

+ -1 moreWas careful not to make a mess or get any glazing compound on anything else in the bathroom. Did a great job of keeping the fumes out of the house. No surprise that they are rated so high on Angie's List. Price was reasonable and they give a lifetime warranty on the glazing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Paul and he came out and told me it would be no problem to reglaze the tile. The nice thing was that I got to pick out any color I wanted for the paint. The tile was in good shape so it looks brand new and it has a great shine to it. Its a great easy, quick, and quality solution for homeowners who want a change. Thanks again!

+ -1 moreI had "his and hers" bathrooms with grey and maroon tile that went 4 feet up each wall. I had seen this process done with bathtubs and was glad to see you could do the same with tile. The process they use first primes, then paints the tile with any color of your choosing. Paul brought in samples of different shades of white, which allowed me to get a good match on existing tile in the shower. He needed 1-1/2 days to do the work. The first full day was spent on prepping and priming. Be prepared for the fumes! I recommend doing this when the weather allows you to open up your house to air out. The second day went much quicker with the reglazing. The fumes were gone within 24 hours. The process even goes over existing fixtures such as toilet paper holders, towel racks, and soap dishes so everything looks uniform. The paint goes right over the grout lines as well so no more regrouting. A great investment. The finished product looks great and really transforms a dated bathroom.

The technician cleaned up the bathroom after the work was completed. The workmanship and the appearance of the technician was professional. The technician was polite and answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: One inspection by owner with a quote provided. Second visit scheduled for 10 days out - Re-glazed tub in one bathroom and wall tile in the other bathroom. It took them one day to complete the job.

+ -1 moreCalled Quality Reglazing on a Friday, and job was complete within a week. Received a small discount for having two tubs done at the same time. Workers were prompt, professional, and courteous. Both tubs were in very poor condition, so I had considered going with one of those bath refinishers that install a shell over the old tub ($2000+ per tub). After Quality reglazed the tubs I was very glad I didn't go that route. Both tubs now look brand new! For a landlord, this was money well spent. I also appreciated the care instructions posted for the tenants stating they're responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper care. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Quality Reglazing offers the following services: We reglaze or spray on very durable finishes on bathtubs, wall surrounds, ceramic tile*, sinks, vanity tops and cabinets.

Minor repairs, and replacement of tile in small areas when we are going to refinish the tile.
We specialize in repairing fiberglass bathtubs and shower units and can permanently fix structural cracks in the bottom of bathtubs tub or showers.
For structural cracks on the bottom of a fiberglass tub, we strengthen the support under the bottom and install a fiberglass panel over the bottom and match the color of the tub over the bottom of the tub and install a slip resistant surface.

Step-Thru Tub Conversion for Handicap Accessibility,
We cut a 20 inch wide section from front apron of your existing tub and custom fit panels on the open area and Reglaze that area to match your tub. Nothing hangs over the side and it looks like your tub was made that way. (See pictures)
The height to step into the tub is usually about 6 inches. It turned your bathtub into a step in shower. Safety bar installation is available at the time we install the Tub conversion, it’s usually a one day process.
The cut out piece can be reinstalled which will turn the step in shower back into a tub which will hold water.
We do not replace bathtubs, tile, kitchen countertops or bathroom fixtures. We only refinish or reglaze existing items in your home.
