Quality Reglazing

We spent about $1,000 on that work. They were very good, scheduled and came out and did an estimate. On the day of the work I was at home in the morning and let in and they took care of everything while I went to work. They were done when I got home and left instructions on how to treat it for the next couple of days. Everything went very well.

Very well. He masked off the metal faucets, drain and window. Sprayed the reglazing . We removed the masking a couple of days later and that was it. It looks great.

A great experience. The original finish on our cast-iron tub, house was built in 1922, was in poor condition, and due to being built into the tile surrounding it and the floor, it could not easily be replaced. I choose Quality Reglazing based on its consistently good reports on the List. Paul promptly returned my call requesting an estimate. After describing the condition of the tub to Paul over the phone, he gave me a "ballpark" estimate, but cautioned that if the tub was in significantly worse condition than what it sounded like over the phone, the cost could go up somewhat. I agreed to have them do the work. Paul said his employee Adam would be out the following Monday at 8 am. Adam arrived on schedule. After looking over the tub, he said Paul's original estimate was right. Adam did a good job making sure the spray didn't get on any other surfaces in the bathroom and cleaning up after himself. The tub now looks great, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are totally happy with choosing Quality Reglazing! Our cast iron tub from the 60s was in bad shape w/calcium plaque & blue rust stains/erosion in enamel from water drip problem—it was ugly & sat years w/o use. Also our hallway & bathroom are too narrow remove tub (w/o destroying) & bring in a new one. We did not want a tub liner or a kit. The results of our reglazing are beautiful, more than we ever expected, as we were a little skeptical! Looks like a brand NEW tub!!! Color was consistent, white, with a few tiny bubbles on bottom if you look really hard. Exceptional quality. Exceptional price. Professional service. Prepped well to protect surrounding surfaces & areas. Chemical smell was tolerable, note that the last 20 minutes is heaviest chemical use & fumes. We are very pleased and highly recommend tub reglazing with Quality Reglazing.

They had to come back, at no charge, and touch up some chipped spots and spots that had gotten a little bit rough. They followed through.

Responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality were all excellent, and the bathtub looks great. Would have liked some more protection from overspray - the bathroom was completely remodeled within the prior two months, and I spent a few hours after the reglazing getting some overspray off the new marble floor, and will have to repaint at least one section of wall due to overspray. Other than that issue the company was great to work with. Would definitely rehire but ask for more protection from overspray next time.

Service was top-notch from the get-go. My phone calls were returned promptly, and coordinating appt times was easy. We wanted a custom color and they accommodated us. We simply picked the color from a paint pallet at a local store and gave QR the color code. The tech arrived when we were told he would. The room was taped off to protect surrounding surfaces and clean-up was a complete job, not the half-way job I've seen with other service providers. I have only two concerns. First, the finish was a little rough, like air bubbles formed before it dried. These spots were extremely sharp and would have been painful on bare feet. However, QR didn't hesitate to come back out and make it right. It's still not as smooth as I would have liked, but my expectations may be higher than a reglazing job can deliver. Not necessarily a reflection on QR work. I would have them back again without a doubt. The other concern might have been a little my fault. This was part of a bathroom remodel we were doing ourselves and the drain/overflow finish pieces were not yet installed on the tub. However the actually drain piping was. These surfaces were not covered and the spray coated the threads making installation of the drain and overflow cap virtually impossible. Turns out it was a bit of a blessing since the old plumbing was chrome and replacing it to PVC is better in the long run. So a bit of poor communication about what exactly was still there and should have been covered, but again, not necessarily QR's fault.

The reglazing made a huge difference, looks great and kept us from having to replace the tub. They were able to perform the work fairly quickly and since I called them on very short notice, it was appreciated that they made an effort to accommodate us. The only 'can do better' that I would mention is that when you call you get a voice mail message that says they try to get back to you within 30 minutes but it actually took a second phone call before someone called me back. Maybe taking the 30 minute call back off the message would set a more realistic expectation. I don't want to leave a negative impression, they were easy to work with, did a great job and we would use them again. In fact, we have used them previously and were obviously so pleased with their work that we used them again.

Paul was very professional and Adam did a great job on the tile and tub. Would highly recommend!

Paul, when I called, said he had just the man to send out, Adam. Adam was quality from the beginning. He was timely, careful, and thorough. When I look at the tub, I just want to smile because it looks amazingly different. I thought their price was very reasonable as well. I would recommend them with confidence.

He was very good about getting back to me. There were a few times when he took a while to get back to me, however he was always apologetic about the delay. There is a year long warranty on the work and he said that if there were any issues he would come back out. He said that he tries to do good by his name. Since the name is Quality Reglazing he had better do quality work.

Quality Re-glazing did a great job. The job was completed on-time and on budget. I am very impressed with now much better our bathtub looked after it was re-glazed.

The tub looked terrible and we went through several options including vinyl replacement liners. The quote for a vinyl liner was about $1300 and the tub would permanently require a liner afterward. Reglazing felt like a much more economical and less drastic option. The people at Quality Reglazing were very friendly and helpful and didn't need to come out to give a quote on the job. They told me that the work was guaranteed for as long as I owned the home and followed the rules on the invoice. I let the workman in the morning before the work and he locked up after he left. Everything was wrapped up to protect from over spray. The tub cured after a day and then I was able to caulk it. They offered to caulk it in for a small fee but I declined. They did a great job and the tub looks 300% better than before for a third of the price of the closest option.

They did a fine job. They were clean and on time. The quality of the work was good. The worker that fixed it explained what was going on. I would use them again.

I was remodeling my entire bathroom and due to delays and problems during the remodel, I had to call and re-schedule the re-glazing appointment about 4 times. He was always very understanding and worked around my schedule. They were very careful to completely cover and protect everything in the bathroom when they re-glazed the tub. They left the bathroom clean and neat when they left!

They were very friendly when they were there working for me. They were very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work for me.

The tile was re-glazed with a white, semigloss finish. Turned out great! This was a great way to preserve the charm of my old hexagonal tile. You still see the shape of the individual tiles through the finish.

It came out great! You can hardly tell the difference between the repaired area and the surrounding area.

The process went well! When I first called the company, the procedure was explained and a price given. My questions were asked. On the date of service, Adam arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and how to care for the tub after it had cured. He was pleasant and professional, and even mixed special colors for me to select (I didn't want the standard bright white finish). The final price was what was quoted.
