After tuning the piano, he played it some to test it, then did a little more tuning before being finished. He was done in about 40 minutes.

Mike has been my piano tuner for over ten years. He is extremely professional and meticulous in his work. I called Mike on relatively short notice to take down my piano prior to having new carpet installed. He was able to accomodate the rush and arrived on time. Mike treats an expensive (to me) piano as though it were his own. He is extremely trustworthy - I was unable to have anyone home this morning to meet him so he could setup and tune, and though ordinarily I would never allow someone in my home without supervision, I had no reservations about giving him a way to let himself in.
