I've used Mike for about 15 years now to tune my piano. He's always pleasant and professional. He does a great job.

Mike responded promptly to my phone call. He quoted me a price for tuning the piano and scheduled the appointment for a few days later. He arrived on time. He was patient, thorough and entertaining. He took apart and cleaned areas of the piano which had never been done. He explained issues with the piano and what he could do. He asked about use and didn't recommend anything extreme since this is a "casually" used piano. He even had a recommendation for eliminating squeaking from the piano bench. His knowledge of his trade and his musical talent made for a great experience.

On the day of the appointment, Mike called to say he was running a bit late. This was very helpful since this work was not being done at my house and I needed to leave to meet him at the church. Once he arrived, he did a thorough job in tuning both pianos at the church. He did a few minor necessary repairs at not additional cost (the pianos had not been tuned in several years). Mike was pleasant, professional, and we definitely will use his services in the future.

Mike was punctual and pleasant. After a brief assessment he was able to quickly determine that the piano would need follow up work (additional tuning) in a few months. The piano had not been tuned in at least 30 years, so this was expected. Mike was able to finish his work within two hours, and scheduled a follow up in March. This was a gift for my husband and he was delighted to have the piano sounding so good! I would recommend Mike's work.

I actually received the piano tuning as a gift for Christmas. It was in desperate need. He arrived precisely at the time he said, and was very professional. My piano had not been tuned in almost eight years. It only took him about 2 hours. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to get their piano tuned.

We called Mike to see if he could meet us the next day to evaluate a piano we found on Craig's List. Not only did he meet us the next afternoon, but he also suggested that he bring a colleague to move the piano if we bought it so as to save us some money. My wife met him there and stated he was very knowledgable and couldn't have been more helpful in evaluating whether or not it was a good purchase for us. After we decided to buy it, he transported it to our house without a scratch and placed it exactly perfectly where we asked. He'll be returning in a couple of weeks to tune it after it settles. We will definitely continue using Mike as our piano technician and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mike and his crew took great care in moving the piano down to a basement level. We were very pleased with his service. That service was $185.00. He then returned two weeks later to move the piano into place where we were wanting it to go permanently and also tuned the piano. That service was $90.00. Mike was very polite and professional and we will definitely call on him again.
