Description of Work: I had misplaced the date that Jason was coming to wash the deck - scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 20 he first emailed me and then called me to reschedule He made arrangements to come on Thursday, Aug. 21 and he power washed the deck in the pouring rain. He waited in his truck for at least 1/2 hour for the lightning and thunder to pass - he completed the power wash (he needed to pull his hose through my kitchen and out to the deck because of the location of my outside water spout). Because the weather was not without rain on Friday he waited until Saturday to come and stain the deck - he completed that in the heat of the day and he promised he would check back in a week or so to make sure that everything was OK because of the damp weather. Very professional and very neat and tiddy.

Description of Work: They came out to look at the deck and then pointed out what they would not do for the Angie's List price. It was a bait and switch almost when it came to our using them. What their deal was simply a very expensive power wash.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list. My deck was much larger than the size on the Big Deal. They gave me the whole deck at the 50% off price. They did an excellent job of staining, cleaning up, etc.

The deal said they would also pound in any nails, but he didn't do that until he was packing up and I asked him to (and then he only did a few and left a bunch sticking up right near the door). They were hard to get in touch with sometimes, but they came when scheduled and the deck looks great

Description of Work: Deck Pro powerwashed and stained our deck under the terms of a Big Deal. The work is excellent and we greatly appreciated their recommendation concerning the best stain color for our deck.

Description of Work: Power wash and refinish large deck. I have a huge deck with spindles and hand rails. I was pleased with their patience and professionalism.

Description of Work: Power washed our deck and stained. The only issue that I have is the Porter Paint color chart used to select stain color from. The color chart is not accurate, or even close. I chose brick red because the color chart showed a shade of brown as the color. When the stain was applied, it was much much redder than the color chart. I have grown to like the color as applied, but it is not the color that I was getting based on the Porter Paint color chart. I would recommend having a sample piece stained before doing the whole project, even if you have to go to the Porter Paint store to have a sample painted. The company Deck Pro was good to work with and professional.

Description of Work: Deck Pro did a great job on the deck. They spray washed, sanded and then painted the entire upper level deck and stairs. I was very happy with the results and plan to use them again in the future.
