Description of Work: Sanded and painted the deck floor; all the posts, wood table and benches. They provided all materials and did a great job. It did take longer than anticipated for the deck to be completed and deck furniture was not put back in a timely fashion. All in all I am happy with the results and excellent work for the price.

Description of Work: Deck done March 2014....painted wrong color, got paint on siding of house and 12 solar lights (ruined) but did not complain. Paint peeled all over deck and railing over the winter despite NOT being used. Called them and asked to come and look at it as we got 3 year warranty. They came a week later, (early April) said they would get back with us and NEVER did. Wont return calls. Husband and I have both made 3 calls and left voicemails each time, 5/10 still nothing.

Description of Work: Sealed deck and wooden porch steps. I thought some portion of the work was not complete. Talked with Owner. Was told he would be back to take care of the missed portion. He did not return, however the weather was bad, so perhaps he intends to return in the spring. I don't recall the cost, but I thought it was reasonable.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angies List for this company. | |Someone came out to look at my deck apparently when we weren't even home. I got a quote in the mail. I accepted the quote and the day before they were to come out to wash the deck, a day before they actually stain and seal the deck, they left a brochure at our house so we could pick the color of stain they were to use. I left a voicemail on two numbers of the color we picked. I never heard back. When we got home that evening, we found that the deck hadn't only been washed, but it was stained. They didn't let the deck dry before staining. Upon further investigation, we noticed that they didn't use the stain we chose, and it looked like they didn't even bother to wash the deck. We could still see the old stain through the new stain. It was all very poorly applied. I'm a nerdy IT guy and I could have done a better job staining and sealing the deck. These were supposed to be professional deck sealers? They left an invoice for the rest of the money I owed that that deal didn't cover. | |I called the company to complain about the terrible job they did on the deck and the owner promptly blamed his brother on the poor job, stating that he had been on vacation. He said he would make it up to us but would have to wait a month because the deck needed time for the stain and seal to set in and it would make it easier to remove and fix with the correct stain. This was around August 16th. I've waited until now to write my review as I had been waiting for the owner of the company to contact me to fix the mess. He has never contacted me again. It is now the middle of November. | |I wouldn't recommend this company. If you have a small child, they could probably do a better and more professional job. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: Our deck looks great, we received the estimate on the same day we purchased the package from Angie's email. Deck Pro power washed the deck and then after drying they returned to stain it. A small amount of stain got on the siding of our house, we called Dec Pro and they immediately came back and cleaned the siding.
