Description of Work: The guys from Deck Pro came out one day and power washed our deck and the next day, they stained it. I wanted to match the color we had previously -we used Deck Pro two years ago - and they had no trouble discerning what the color was without even having to check their records. They did a terrific job and our deck looks great once again. In addition, they went way above and beyond. We needed to replace a board on the deck but hadn't gotten around to doing it before they came. When I asked them if they could stain it for us so we could switch it out later, they went ahead and made the repair for us for no additional charge!

Description of Work: The work that was done was satisfactory. They were not the least expensive but their cost was not out of line. The problem I have with Deck Pro is their lack of responsiveness which equates to a lack of professionalism as well. I referred them to a relative who was happy with their quote and asked them to do the work. Due to the excessive rain at the time the work couldn't be performed on the agreed upon date. This happened a couple of times but we understood. My relative was going out of town and tried to contact Jason who didn't respond. I was able to reach Jason and was told that he was out of town and would call my relative to schedule as soon as he returned. That date has come and gone with her trying again to call him with no response. If he has time to go on vacation I would think he should have time to call his prospective customers if he cares at all about his reputation. For this reason alone I would not use him again.

Description of Work: It went great. Provider was nice, punctual, effecient and professional on all 3 visits (estimate, power wash, apply stain). Very helpful as i had to adjust work schedule and deal with our 3 dogs. Even gave me needed advise on what color stain to use. The deck looks great!

Description of Work: Didn't realize when I set this up they only offered two colors of stain, neither of which matched my fence. The only times they had available were about a month out, and the stain was oil-based, so embers from my grill made black pockmarks in it. The work was also done about six hours before a major rainstorm, so not sure how well it will hold up.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Deal for $199 and a $5 off coupon. Deck Pro power washed my deck and stained it the color we selected from the Porter Paints color chart. Unfortunately the stain, although the same number as what was selected, did not match the color on the chart when applied to my 30 year old deck. Deck Pro graciously stripped that stain off and applied a different stain selected from and multi stained test board provided by Deck Pro. We are very pleased with the new stain color and Deck Pro's responsiveness to our plight. Deck Pro needed to squeeze this second activity in their already crowded schedule. Porter Paints provided us with the replacement stain and Deck Pro only charged us $125 for the additional labor to strip the previous stain off and apply the second stain.

Description of Work: They power washed the deck an removed mold, dirt, mildew and fungus. They applied a clear sealant. The deck looks new again. The worker was pleasant and detailed the work he was going to do. Great job!

Description of Work: Power washed and stained deck and fence surrounding the deck. Performed service when they said they would in spite of having to dodge rainy weather. Deck and fence look great.
