I got several quotes for 1 coat, had to be the same color as before and were high. Then I got on here and saw Jason's reviews, all those people can't be wrong so I called Jason. He was very responsive, offered 2 coats, my choice of color (which he helped me narrow down based on his vast experience), and his price was literally half of the other quotes. And the best part was the quality of work, great! He was very detailed. I could not be happier. I would use him again and definitely highly recommend him. Thank you Jason!

He did great, I was hopeful he could clean part of the fence too but he was unable to do that. But he was hired for the deck and he did great on that!

Can't praise Jason enough!! He made our old worn out deck look new again. He was very professional and his price was $300.00-$500.00 less than the other estimates we received. We will most definitely use him again.

Great job at communicating what was being done each step of the way. I asked for extra coat of stain and extra boards to be replaced and Jason was very good at getting back with me via email same day or early next day about that work and the additional cost.

DeckPro was extremely responsive when the quote was requested. A very friendly person came out, listened to the specifications and produced a quote. I had a follow-up phone call with the President, Jason, to accept the quote with the president, and we agreed to a date for the project. He never contacted me again. On the morning of the agreed upon date, no one had shown up by 8:40am, so I called and left a voice mail. At that point, I received a text saying that no one would be coming to my house that day, because they were backed up. They said "maybe" the next day, but more likely in two days. THIS WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME THEY EVER NOTIFIED ME OF A SCHEDULE CHANGE!! and I had to call them to learn this news. I tried throughout the day to speak with someone "live" but no one at the company every answered the phone, and they never returned my calls. This is just about the most rude and disrespectful "service" I've ever had with an Angie's List company. I would never recommend this company to anyone, because I would not wish anyone to be treated like that

It could not have gone better. I emailed Deck Pro. Jason responded within a day. He was on vacation but made arrangements to meet with me and give me an estimate upon his return. We scheduled the work for a couple of weeks out. He arrived on time. He power washed and prepped on day one and left color choices that night for the stain. I picked the stain color that night. He returned the next day and completed the job. It looks outstanding. I did not have to be here for the work to be done perfectly so I just went to work and all was well. His pricing was very fair and I just could not be more pleased. He did everything he said and as promised. I highly recommend.

Great job on both items. Owner and service members were prompt, courteous, and did a great job in an efficient manner and of high quality. Upper and Lower decks on a two story home along with a long driveway.

If the words HARASSMENT, BULLYING, and INTIMIDATION are on your work list please feel free to hire! The work was finally completed on April 5th. The following was a direct quote from a menacing e-mail, "this is the third and final chance that I left the house after this becomes 30 days it goes to collections in court." In 21 days I received multiple e-mails and bills. Do yourself a favor and find someone else!

He did it over a period of two days. Communication was great. Because of our different schedules, I actually never saw him, but he was easy to reach via text, and I left a check for him to collect. It's been almost a year, and the deck still looks great.

He had to deal with snow but still completed the job quickly. His price was the same as 2 years ago.
